I stumbled upon this place while wondering Philly. Who wouldn't want to build ur own Mac and cheese!!! The employee working was so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is tetra and modern I love it! The prices are very reasonable .I decked out a macand cheese with Buffalo chicken fried onion and hot honey drizzle. My mouth is watering this is so good! Overall 10/10 experience I will be coming again on my next Philly visit!

I was really looking forward to trying this place. They have great combinations. And the toppings themselves were quite good. Something about the cheese sauce however was a bit off putting for me. I don’t know if they use velveeta in the sauce (which I personally despise) But whatever it was, it turned me off.

Got pickup about an hour before close on a Friday night. Quality was mediocre. Heads up that the door was locked and they appeared closed when we got there. The man working was really nice when we came to the door though!

The food was very delicious and the atmosphere and service was really good. It is the type of place you want to keep coming to and also recommend people to go to.

I was a little skeptical about if different Mac n cheeses were actually going to be something worth trying, but good GOD was this delicious and interesting. We got three to try... the cowboy cup (def the best with bacon and jalapeño oil), the truffle honey one (second best) and the rittenhouse (with spinach artichoke - also good). They all tasted so different and unique. I will say, they are INCREDIBLY rich. I'm pregnant right now and couldn't even finish half of one. Luckily we got a salad from someone else that was a perfect pairing. All three were $36 total and it was a huge amount of food. I think at least 6 meals. I'd imagine it would be perfect drunk food haha. I will definitely be back to try more because they have about 30 options. The guy working there was helpful and gave good instructions about heating it up at home. 5 star place for sure. Not really dine in place tho - better for take away.

Came here after my doctors appointment. I ordered ahead online since it was nearby and got the heart attack macaroni. AMAZING. Cant wait to go back. Easy 10 minute walk and my order was hot and ready when I got there, they put the crunch topping on the side (I only put half on my Mac in the picture) . Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly!

Came here for the first time today. I had no clue that there was a Mac n Cheese restaurant anywhere on the east coast until this week. I don't like Mac n cheese for personal reasons but I must say: this place was awesome! I asked the guy at the counter what he would recommend for someone such as myself and settled on the Cowboy Cup per recommendation. The amount of jalapeño oil along with the bacon and cornbread and the sauce, just PHENOMENAL! I can definitely see myself ordering from there again the next time I'm in the area. HIGHLY recommend it if you've never tried it. They can make it however you'd like it.

Mac and Cheese is one of those dishes that's well-loved, but it is very easy to mess up. Fortunately, the folks at Mac Mart have made an excellent macaroni and cheese. The bread crumbs allow the flavors to pop. Plus it travels very well!

We had a great experience at this tiny place that's great for a quick snack or take out (Mac n cheese of multiple varieties). The owner was very accommodating. We didn't know that for gluten free pasta one would need to request it with about an hour notice for them to be prepared. However the owner went ahead and made us the gf version while it was busy. Our kids were thrilled. Truly appreciate her flexibility and care. And above all it was tasty!

I really hate to leave a negative review on a small, local business, but I just don't think the food tastes good. Everything else is great - packaging, service, ambiance - but the cheese/roux has a very artificial, "goopy" quality to it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.
