They're to slow bizzy talking to each other not focusing on their customers heard to much about home life than helping other get order out to was so packed people came in an walked back out overall needs more structure to be revisited. They got order wrong every time we try to maintain our relationship with this store their focus is delivering orders not in house customers.

Wish you could give negative stars. Every worker there need to be fired and replaced with someone who actually cares about their job. The service there is a joke, takes 27 minutes for an order of nuggets and last night they were busy and just canceled everybody’s orders.

Just took a drive-through for a 10p of nuggets meal for my wife. I know that Philly is not a suburb, but not to this extent. Rude customer service, no sauce, no napkin, fries old, Sprite had an old aftertaste, and it was definitely time to change the syrup. Thank God the nuggets were freshly made. Waiting time without a single car in line is over 10 minutes. Dissatisfied. But what did I want? To be fair, it is Philly, and for that pay rate, it won't offer much of service.
These people behind the kitchen are FAST. I’m talking, there was about 10 drivers waiting and everyone was out the door, including me (walk in customer) in like 4 minutes. Food was consistent, place was filthy. But that’s McDonald’s in America. Still came for the food, so

Great service and food. The only dislike I have about this location is that there isn't Wi-Fi, which is understandable due to the amount of loitering this location gets.Parking: Decent amount of parking during off-peak hours.
