The server was super nice and attentive! The food was ok.. I got a bento box and a sushi tray as take out! As you can see in the picture, there are rice and salad served without any dressing! Am I expected to eat rice buy itself..bcuz my other portions of bento meal are small sizes of sushi, tempura veggies, and 2 dumplings! Do you see spinach.. not washed?!

Legitimately some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The place was empty and our party waited 2 hours for our food, and they only brought half of it out. Never saw the rest of it. Food was fine but definitely not worth the wait.

Terrible service. Octopus balls were great, but sushi was nothing exciting. The place is cozy, welcoming and has great music in the background. Not loud, just a nice background noise for a nice chat.

When we went in, the place was empty but very soon it was almost full. The sushi was great and the service was quick. The bathroom needs work.

Food was excellent if you have the patience to wait for it. Bring your own water bottle, had to ask server for water while he was as on his phone and he never refilled our glass. Soup came out after our first roll. And our second roll took another 30 minutes after our first one to come out. Waited a full hour between ordering and getting all of our food with minimal server interaction.

Everything is so good! Fresh Sushi! New Batches of sushi rice everyday, love the people who work there. Friendly environment! Very Generous! Amazing Service! The only sushi spot, I enjoy eating at. Please come out and check it out yourself! Will not disappoint. Deserve a 5.0 star! ⭐️

Great place for Japanese food near South Street! I had the chicken and rice with potato & beef curry, and it was excellent. Prices are reasonably inexpensive, too. Service was prompts and great. I liked the photos of Japan that decorated the place. All in all, great Japanese restaurant. Would highly recommend!

We live right around the corner from this restaurant and unfortunately the last time we got California rolls and other sushi I couldn't finish it. It was dried out and not appetizing.

Food is great and we normally have a great time here, but last visit one persons sushi was 30 minutes late after everyone else's food had come out. We had paid the check and were still waiting for it for Togo. Staff was not apologetic and it was very disappointing.

Great food! We especially loved the poke bowls. Everything was surprisingly filling also.

What a hidden gem! Just moved down the street and am so excited to have such a solid neighborhood sushi spot. It’s very unassuming from the outside (i must have walked by dozens of times before even noticing it), but it’s really some of the best sushi I’ve had in the city! The fish is super fresh. We also particularly love the pan fried gyoza ? ?. The service is great and friendly. I have a feeling we will have lots of meals here in the years to come!
