I had the most fantastic experience at Miss Saigon! The ambiance is delightful, with a perfect blend of cozy and chic vibes. But let's talk about the food - simply exquisite! Every dish bursts with flavor and authenticity. Now, let's get to the real star of the show - the drinks! Erick, the bartender, is an absolute genius behind the bar. His creations are nothing short of magical. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or adventurous, Erick has you covered. His attention to detail and passion for mixology truly shine through in every sip.Miss Saigon has become my go-to spot for a night out with friends or a cozy date night. The combination of fantastic food, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch drinks by Erick make it a standout in the culinary scene. Highly recommend!

Miss Saigon is a very cool-looking spot but the menu and service leave a bit to be desired. We were sat at the bar immediately and waited on fairly quickly. We ordered cocktails and then a small plate of the Skinni Mini Bánh Mì to share. Everything we ordered was good but not outstanding, and even though we still were finishing our drinks, it felt like we were being rushed out. I might go back to try more of the dinner menu just to round out my experience, but I'm in no hurry.

New trendy Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of center city! They have a bar downstairs which serves walk ins I believe. I'd recommend reservations for weekends and Friday dinners. We ordered the snails, thit kho and banh khot as well as banh xeo. All dishes came out very promptly and were delicious! I'd say it's a bit pricier than your traditional Vietnamese restaurants but I think it makes up for it by having a full service bar, being in center city and the different varieties that you may not typically see in other viet places. Overall we really enjoyed the fusion Vietnamese spin at Miss Saigon.

Great location, vibe, food and cocktails. Popped in for early dinner. Very busy with great music and lovely atmosphere. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. It took a little while for a server to get to us. We started with cocktails and they were delicious . We had a few appetizers such as pork and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were average. The chicken skewers were very flavorful. Our entrees were Thit Kho (pork belly and pork rib) and Shaking Beef but were flavorful, tender and delicious. While this restaurant is clearly Vietnamese influenced it is not a purist. Again Miss Saigon offers a vibrant environment with solid dishes and cocktails.

Not really sure how the crab fried rice is popular here. To me it wasn't good at all! Red onions, peas, carrots, and CORN?! Why is all that necessary? It truly takes away from the colossal crab on top. It's way too distracting. I was very disappointed in it. I recently had really good crab fried rice at a Thai restaurant in NYC where it was just rice, egg, and crab and it was truly the best fried rice I've ever had so to have this afterwards was a bummer. The beef and chicken skewers were good, I wish it came with a peanut sauce though. I think the chicken skewers were also slightly undercooked. The drinks were good, though. I can't remember what they were called but the one with the flower had pisco and the other one with the orange garnish had tequila. It was called the Hello something. I did however enjoy the aesthetic of the restaurant and took lots of pictures. Staff was very nice! Forgot the bartender who took care of us at our seats near the bar but he was very friendly and accommodating to us. Overall I'd rate this place a 6/10. My date thoroughly enjoyed his pork belly but I don't eat pork so I didn't try it.

My friends and I dined here on Friday, 3-23-2024, to celebrate a birthday. While one part of our party arrived on time, I was running 10 minutes late, and despite my friend's request, they wouldn't seat her, so she sat at the bar. When I arrived, my two friends were seated at a table directly in the pathway of the door, and it was a very cold evening. We asked to be seated at another table but were denied, which was disappointing given that the restaurant appeared busy but not overly crowded. The service was decent, and our server was attentive for the most part. They surprised my friend with complimentary ice cream and a candle for her birthday, which was a nice touch. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. I ordered the crab rice, which was a generous portion but lacked flavor, in my opinion. I also tried the spring rolls, which were just okay. The highlight was the Hello Ha Noi drink recommended by our server. The bill came to $163 before tip, which wasn't bad, but overall, I don't think I would return. As a pescatarian, I found the menu options limited. On a positive note, the restaurant is aesthetically appealing.

So the most interesting thing about this place is HAPPPY HOUR everyday except Tuesday because it's not open. I like the happy hour menu. I've included a menu pic for you. The cocktails are not all reduced there are three cocktails that qualify for the happy hour price. Happy hour is 4:30 to 6:30 pm. The ambience is fun modern with an Asian flare. See the included pics. I really like the fire place video screens above the bar. I got the summer rolls which I enjoyed. The pork in the rolls is pork belly with shrimp, vermicelli & mint. I tried the pisco cocktail which I loved.

Where do I start with Miss Saigon. This place is so underrated and I am sure it is because of its very boring facade. Honestly, if it weren't for the pictures on Yelp I would never have gone in. But how beautiful is this restaurant?!! Or atleast the main seating area right when you enter. I love the rattan chandeliers and the large wallpaper of Miss Saigon?? (lol) on the left. Talking about the food and the drinks - I would sum it up as delicious Vietnamese cuisine with innovative cocktails. I had the Miss Saigon and my husband got the Hang Sơn Đoòng. The presentation on both drinks was 10/10 and so was the taste. I could never think that the combination of bacon dipped in chocolate and bourbon would taste so good but this weird combination was so good I had to steal my husband's drink. Miss Saigon was light and fruity but the best part was the presentation. I think smoky bubbles look so cool! Now about the food - we only tried two things: the beef Bánh Mì and the Lemongrass chicken but oh gosh is the food bustling with flavor! I have to agree with the other reviewers that the servers seem a little "fake"? You know when you are trying to be extra nice, it looks a little artificial. When your smile doesn't reach your eyes? It is exactly the opposite of the hospitality you feel when you go to a family owned restaurant. If you know what I mean!

I was super excited to try this spot but was really disappointed. The ambiance and drinks were great but the food was horrible. Everything was so salty and lacked a depth of flavor. Love the name of the restaurant but this is not a good representation of Vietnamese food.

I so wanted to love this restaurant but the food was incredibly salty. We tried the pork banh mi, pho, and pork belly and the banh mi and pork belly were too salty. When mentioned to the server we just got an apology but no other ways to help remedy the situation; extra rice or something would have been so helpful but it would have been an extra charge. We just chose to have leftovers instead of finishing the meal. I loved the cocktails especially the miss saigon one with the citrus smoke! The ambiance is wonderful, the service is attentive and there are lots of tables available. All in all, I will defer to my usual Vietnamese favorites in Chinatown and in south Philly as the prices here are so much higher.

Great service and delicious food! The customer service is on point, from kind workers to GREAT ownership! This place is very well-designed, the ambiance in the restaurant is so warm and welcoming. Miss Saigon is very inclusive and exciting having shows and a DJ often. Great restaurant, 10/10!
