Excellent cheese steak! I tried several cheese steaks on my trip to Philly and this was probably the best! With many of Philly's so-called best cheesesteak spots you can barely taste the cheese, here the cheese blended perfectly with the steak and the brea making it a perfect concoction!

Went to Nipotina, ordered a Nipotina. That is a stellar sandwich. Perfect crisp on the cutlet. Delicious mix of flavors w/ the fried peppers, chipotle mayo, salami, cutlet. Great bread. Top-tier sandwich in the country's best sandwich city. Man, I want to eat another one right now.

Tasty sandwiches with modern Italian American takes to the usual offerings Philly has to offer, but I do think it’s a bit pricey for what it is. I also wish there was an option to toast the bread which I feel like was the biggest fault of the experience. A little over 40 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bottled sodas. Being cash only, the price was a bit of a shock to me. I will say I love that they offer seitan very reminiscent of real meat where people with these restrictions aren’t obligated to settle for tofu or mushrooms and can have a legit sandwich which seems intended by nipotina

We love to try sandwich shops in Philly, and this was our first time at Nipotina. Such a cute place to eat! We were greeted by super friendly staff, who answered all our questions, and was very attentive. I got the P’unk cheesesteak which had delicious fried onion rings on it and smoked Gouda cheese. The roll was seeded, soft and fresh and the signature sauce was spot on! My husband got the Millie hoagie. It was packed with delicious Italian meats and sharp provolone cheese. My son got the Little Louie cutlet sandwich. The broccoli rabe was done perfectly, the chicken cutlets were moist and tender! I even tasted my son’s girlfriend’s vegan cheesesteak, and it was actually really good. We can’t wait to try all the other delicious sandwiches on this menu! I took off one star from atmosphere just because it was super cold in there, lol

We dined in around noon on a Sunday. The ambiance is simple but welcoming, with plants and a big blackboard displaying all the sandwich options. Service is friendly and efficient.I got the Little Louie cutlet sandwich on a seeded roll, which was delicious and not dry at all (the biggest issue with cutlet sandwiches in general). The broccoli rabe was tender and flavorful, and the roll was soft and fresh. My girlfriend got the Imposter vegan cheesesteak. The steak was made of mushrooms, which had great texture and nice char from the grill. It's really nice that this place has a variety of vegan hoagie options with just as much quality and thought put into them as the rest of the menu.Highly recommend, we can't wait to go back and try more options.Vegetarian options: Vegan steaks and cutlets

Sandwiches and the service are great! The inside seating is nice and clean. Great addition to the south Philadelphia neighborhood.

Yum! I am so happy I tried Nipotina because it was delicious! At first, the prices are kind of high but honestly it is very worth it and the quality is there! I got 'The Slice' with chicken cutlet, fried mozzarella, marinara, arugula. It was flavorful and delicious and I was able to save some leftovers for later due to the size of the entire sandwich. I also got a side of fries, which I could maybe have done without. Nipotina also offered breakfast items, which I am excited to try. The staff were friendly and the sandwich was made relatively quickly. There is space to dine in, which is nice, but I did choose to take mine to go and eat at home. FYI, cash only, but they do have an ATM. Overall, I highly recommend Nipotina and I will be back!

This is not just a good gluten free sandwich, this is a good sandwich. Flavors and textures I hadn’t had access to without gluten are now available to me at Nipotina. Thank you for making me the best sandwich I’ve had in years.

I discovered this place based on a recommendation from a coworker who lives nearby. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, accompanied by soothing music and friendly smiles.I decided to try two different sandwiches, namely "The Slice" and "Everyday I'm Truffling," and both exceeded my expectations. The sandwiches were absolutely amazing! The food was incredibly fresh and prepared to order. Each ingredient tasted as if it had been carefully chosen by the skilled chefs. With a wide variety of options available, even the most selective eaters will find something to satisfy their cravings. From breakfast items to cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, chicken cutlets, and a delightful selection of vegetarian sandwiches, there is something for everyone. If you're in the area, CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!
