Ordered delivery.There was a changeup in the order method similar to the situation that described in other reviews. I was a little anxious about this and actually attempted to cancel my order out of fear I would have similar problems with wrong items, totals, delays etc. When I was told it was too late, as the order was already on its way, I resigned myself to dealing with it.Although my order did come later than originally expected (by approx 30-40 mins), the items were right, 3/4 dishes I would recommend, and overall I would say this was a positive experience.-Sashimi platter was great, and came with a side of quality sushi rice that was not listed as being included on the menu and felt like an unexpected bonus. The salmon was a particularly flavorful cut.- Philadelphia roll was good, and had a well-balanced ratio of ingredients. I loved that there was more salmon than cream cheese.- Ginger salad was fresh and the dressing was tasty.- Seaweed salad was the only miss of the order. It had an odd, sweet flavor to it that I didn't recognize or particularly appreciate. I hate to waste food, but I didn't end up eating any of this.

I am a frequent customer. Their sushi is always good and a time saver. Their three roll deal is the best! The owners are great! They never fully came back to a full sit down since covid but they are so good and right priced.

I ordered here from Doordash for pickup. While on my way, I was called and asked to pay in cash to get a 10% discount. I said no, but the man was yelling so I finally said ok just to get off the phone. I had to stop by an ATM so as not to incur fees using theirs (as he suggested) and arrived ten minutes after I had asked for the order to be ready. It was still not ready. My Doordash total was $56 and I had a $10 off coupon. When my order was finally ready about 20 minutes after I it was supposed to be, it was somehow $58 WITH the 10% discount. It was already late and I was tired so I just paid and left. I got the order home to find that we two of our rolls were replaced with other rolls we didn't order. The rolls were poorly wrapped and fell apart- each one. When I called to complain about the incorrect order, the man tried to explain to me that I was wrong and the correct rolls were there. I explained that I can tell the difference between fish and vegetables. He refused to listen to me so I just told him I would never order from there again and now I am here so you won't either.

Always love this place, great food and reasonably priced but my last visit, my rolls tasted like mayonnaise! I know they have to use a little to keep it together but the mayonnaise over powered the fish. Just terrible.

I'll keep it short and sweet-Rolls were poorly made, we got the wrong rolls, they refused to believe they gave us the wrong rolls, they asked us to pay in cash after we placed an online DoorDash order and then overcharged us. When I called to I complain they told me I was wrong and then proceeded to text me about how I was wrong. I think anyone can tell the difference between a veggie roll and a spicy salmon roll. There are enough good sushi places with good customer service for me to never go here again and I hope you don't either.

Discovered a STAPLE in my sushi. The restaurant was absolutely not apologetic. They refused to refund the whole order and would only offer a refund the one roll because the rest of the order was "fine" - not that anyone wanted to eat anything else after seeing it. I typically would not come for a small business online, but the response we received from the manager was absolutely inexcusable. No apology was offered until we made a comment about feeling disrespected. Had the management been more apologetic or understood how dangerous a situation like this could have been, we might have returned.

Sushi is fine, but they are wildly disorganized. Expect glacial delivery time, confusion about your order, etc. ultimately not worth the hassle.

This place use to be decent back in day , I used to order the Baked Philly roll all the time , it was delicious, I used to order on Door Dash, and they would call and offer 20% off if I order with them and pay cash. So this time I called and told them what I wanted , the usual. The Philadelphia roll BAKED, I said it to him multiple times as it seems like his English was limited. He said to bake it , it would be extra charge (I’ve ordered it multiple times, and that was never an option before) so I thought that they might had changed the menu and went with it , he said he would charge me extra 1 dollar per roll to baked it… I said ok… I gave him the exact address I was at, the name of the hotel , he repeated all the orders back to me and the address… then, I get a phone call saying delivery was here, I went down , and he wasn’t , he went to a different hotel… then had to sit outside in the cold waiting, the delivery guy comes in, handles me the food , when I check, I had all the wrong orders, they gave me a Philadelphia roll with raw fish, even after I told him MULTIPLE TIMES, I wanted the special backed Philadelphia roll… I called him and he said , I got the baked roll, as I’m looking at the raw fish NOT BAKED, so he told me he was gonna send me the right ordered … then calls me 5 min later saying that he would have to charge me for the new order , even though HE MADE A MISTAKE, and sent me the wrong food… he wanted to charge me for the wrong order and the new order… rude employees, I will never order from them ever again, they lost a regular… and the food tasted TERRIBLE, I had to order from elsewhere, this place really went down the hill… I’m very disappointed.

Ordered by phone, the order was repeated back to me. When the order arrived it was wrong. I called them back and they wanted to charge me for the wrong food items AND extra to send the correct order! They really didn't care or apologize. This place was my first choice for sushi in Philadelphia, they've lost a customer by not fixing this.
