The best place to get a great hoagie in South Philly. They also offer homemade pasta and gravies along with so many other great foods.

Vegetarian options: Happy they provide a meatless choice.Parking: Worth the effort to find parking. The food here is amazing. I'm from out of town and when I go to Philly I make sure to stop here for the hoagies, pasta dishes and so much more.

Stopped here during a lunch break on the suggestion of a co-worker over a decade ago. Best cold hoagies in Philly. (I've never tried anything else.) I moved home to Texas, and this is my first stop from the airport if I land before they close, otherwise, it's my last stop before flying back home (or both). They've stayed consistent after all these years. I order a turkey hoagie, mayo, sharp provolone, spinach (secret ingredient to the deliciousness), onion, and sometimes pickles. I've taken other friends and family here, and they all love it. My daughter is in town now, and they're making sure they have 7 hoagies ready for her in the AM, so she can make her flight in time and bring mommy her sandwiches. Appreciate them so much! Parking in the nearby vicinity can be a pain sometimes, but it's worth the headache. Preorder so you can, hopefully, worry less about PPA popping out of the bushes while you grab your food.Parking: Parking in the nearby vicinity can be a pain sometimes, but it's worth the headache. I had the "spicey godfather" hoagie. It's the best hoagie I've ever had.

solid hoagie. well balanced between meat and cheese/veg.only thing is they forgot mayo but that's a small misstep on an otherwise great sandwich.the tiramasu jars are dynamite.service was still fun and nice even if I was coming in shortly before closing.
