It's hard to find options that are both gluten-free AND vegan AND taste good. This place hit all three. We came here for brunch and got the french toast, chocolate chip pancakes, and the grilled cheese (one of the specials for the day). The portions were large, the bread they used for the french toast and sandwiches was amazing, and my 8 year old said he can't wait to go back. This will definitely be our go-to brunch spot whenever we visit Philadelphia.

I went to this establishment 2 days ago and it was one of the worst vegan experiences I have ever had. The staff was rude and condescending creating an awful dining experience. The food was mediocre with odd combinations and flavors. Nothing seemed worth the expensive price point and was a total waste of time, money, and resources. I would not recommend anyone go to this establishment, If you can even call it an establishment.

The cake is astonishingly delicious, if you’re prepared to take out a second mortgage on your home. Cheers

Excellent high quality tasty food! I was floored! We had the forbidden rice bowl, and the special of the day, which was a meatless meatball sandwich. We also had fresh juices and I had the most amazing rose, petal coffee. We are actually going back tomorrow for breakfast.

Concept is great and I want to patron restaurants like this but food like this is why people don't want vegan food (we cook vegan at home a lot and try vegan places when we travel). We got the kale salad and the stewed chickpeas. Both were criminally underseasoned. The kale salad was a huge missed opportunity. Salad was perfectly dressed, but the dressing was flavorless. The only two accoutrements were a pinch of pickled onions on top and barbecue tempeh. No crunch or real variety in texture or flavor. (My go-to kale caesar recipe at home has 9 toppings.) Really too bad, a $20 plate of kale. The chickpeas were under salted and also had no textural variety. All great ingredients but nothing to help them shine.

My photos are not doing this food justice. As a new vegan I was thrilled to find a place where I could comfortably choose whatever I like from the menu. My favorite was the Turmeric Latte. Also loved the grilled cheese special. Can not wait to come back next week to try some sweets.

One of my favorite spots. Love that they offer GF, refined sugar free, vegan options! Everything tastes amazing. Wish I could eat here every day!

The place looks and feel amazing. But the food is not great, weird combinations, bland, and expensive. Definitely needs a lot of improvement. But the staff was amazing.

Unfortunately, I feel like the employees are mostly rude here. I gave this place a couple of tries, and each time I came in with the interest of trying something new, the ladies at the bar seemed really annoyed with me asking for recommendations on beverage options. I really enjoy the food, and everytime I’ve sat down here the servers have been awesome, take-out however seems to be like a bad experience overall. Both times I’ve come, the women at the front treated me like I was an inconvenience, or interrupting them in some sort of way. I don’t think this should be the experience, considering that I’m paying so much for a latte & small desert.Thank you for accepting my feedback!

If you are vegan, there are a limited number of places that serve healthy vegan food and PS&CO is one of them! We ordered the Forbidden Bowl for brunch and it was excellent, as always. A wonderful place to have lunch.

As always-delicious, healthy food - with outstanding service. The flavors and variety of dishes offered, so wonderful. I've been a fan of Pure Sweets for years and always enjoy everything that they serve!

One of my regular spots for GF and Vegan baked goods. A bit on the pricier side, but they use good ingredients. Many meals are Burmese inspired and I like that many items on the menu are moderately spicy.
