Atmosphere is nice but not happy with service. Dinner arrived and were never given silverware. Asked a bartender and he said sorry we don't have any here. Eventually got silverware but food cold. The food was not that good might have been better hot. Disappointed since everyone raves about this place? Not sure why. Get better service at Wawa.

Wonderful italian fare and delicious cocktails. Inside has a little more ambience, but definitely take a peak out back at the lovely atrium bar. You can eat at the bar and have cocktails while watching the game.

A hidden gem in the northeast. The food is delicious,swear my husband would eat here every day if he could. The drinks are just as delish. When the weather is nice,the outside bar is the way to go,it has a down the shore vibe. If you haven't been to this restaurant,u need too!!

Giving it four stars because it's by far the best place in the area. That outside bar is awesome. It's in a strange part of this world, but you'll be surprised when you walk in and head to that patio. Also, I'm pretty sure there is a Russian massage parlor in the shopping center behind it. Maybe it's a deli. I have no idea.

Very rude girls at the front, gave my friends and I very dirty looks and were not welcoming at all. They didn't even welcome us just stared at us until we asked if we could get a table, and then denied us service because they were "closed"!! LOL ?! Looks nice inside though...

If you're in the Northeast looking for a nice Italian spot, look no further than macaronis (not to be mistaken with the "macaroni grill" chain). This is one of my favorite local restaurants with a great ambience, wonderful servers, and delicious food. I have tried many dishes; the burrata salad is my absolute favorite app, and I love their rigatoni vodka and I add shrimp. They have a great outdoor bar that is heated with a lot of outdoor seating options, which I personally prefer when it's nice out. I had one incident where the server accidentally threw away my leftovers, but generally I've always had excellent and attentive servers. The portions are average size and pricing is in the mid-high range if you're getting drinks/apps/desserts, so we tend to go here more for special dinner celebrations or date nights and always enjoy ourselves. They do get busy, so calling ahead to make a reservation is a good idea, especially on the weekend.

Hosted my moms birthday and my sons confirmation here. Such a gem to have in the Northeast especially the outback bar P Square lounge. That sausage and bean appetizer and the seasonal salads and burrata are amazing.

It was our first visit to Macaroni's and it was truly memorable....most certainly, it will not be our last. It is a beautiful place ~ pleasantly decorated, so very clean with a romantic vibe ~ and an absolutely perfect spot to celebrate everything. Their service is impeccable with super courteous, knowledgeable servers and a menu to entice return visits. The Rigatoni Vodka was both incredible and plentiful as was the Lobster Ravioli. True Italian cuisine ~ the pasta was superb, the gravy was heaven. Complimentary peppers, bread at the start of our dinner were delicious and addicting....the Meatballs appetizer was an exquisite beginning, with two meatballs sitting atop a bed of ricotta cheese, pomodoro gravy...it was a lovely prediction of what was yet to come. It does not get any better than Macaroni's.

Classic Italian food done with an elegant flare. I've only had my food to go but when I go for pick up I see a beautiful, ambient restaurant with a bar area. It's dimly lit and pristine. Food is always well made. You can tell the chef has some culinary experience with fine dining. A hidden gem in the Northeast/Old Bustleton area.
