Come hungry, leave full. Food was EXCELLENT (especially kabobs!). The fish course and salads were a meal on themselves, and the apple strudel at the end was a real treat. Highly recommend!!!Dietary restrictions: All kosher!!!

Just had the most delicious meal here! Everything was so good and fresh, and the portions were generous. My boyfriend also thought it was a “culinary delight”. Lovely ambiance as well. Favorites were: the salmon tower, samsa, tuna steak, and pita with caviar.

The staff at Shtetl are very friendly and attentive, making my dining experience with my family very pleasant. The restaurant's prices were also reasonable, especially given the high food quality. Also, all the spices were used very well.

Fantastic kosher restaurant that also caters! They provided food for an event of about 140 people and everything was simply phenomenal - the quality, the quantity, the service, the communication leading up to the event, and the price. Strongly, strongly recommend to anyone looking for excellent kosher food!

Celebrated my Birthday with family here It's a great place. I brought a Birthday cake (Kosher, the Rabbi on site approved it), and same with wine. The waitress was very kind and opened the bottles for us and brought wine glasses too. Sha also put the cake (came in a box from NetCost Market nearby -dairy free) on a beautiful platter and brought it with cake plates and forks. We ordered potato stuffed cigars and a delicious mix of onions, potatoes and mushrooms for appetizer. We ordered steak and chicken schnitzel for the two of us. I don't remember what the others ordered. The steak tasted amazing, but it was a little dry on one side. The waitress realized at some point, and they cooked a second one to take home, totally unexpected. I never complained or said anything. I was yoo happy celebrating. There was another Birthday party at the same time. They had hired a musician that sang and played the piano. He was very good. So I ended up having music on top of everything else. Made me realize that you can hire a singer or other live music, even if you're not celebrating a wedding, Bar Mitzvah and so on. If you keep KOSHER I don't think there is any other venue like this one. For a dinner out to a small or big celebration. There was a large choice of side dishes to choose from, which we don't find in many restaurants. Last but not least, I wholeheartedly recommend Palace Royale. I wish and hope you have a wonderful experience like we did.

The place is a scam. The food is mediocre at best. However, they pray on older people and those without the knowledge of how the real kosher food should taste like. They overcharge without a doubt, and the waitress (Mariska) is a pathological lier who will lie to make sure she doesn't do her job properly or to make an extra buck, which has most likely to do with how the owner runs the place. Feel free to check for yourself...

last night was the first time we came to that good restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We had a good time with the courteous service, with the fine cuisine and wine and with the modest charge. We will absolutely return there soon.
