Every thing on line still says Panda Garden but it's under new ownership, it has a new name and the food sucks?

It's no longer Panda Garden. Food tastes watered down compared to original Panda Garden. General tso doesn't come with fried rice anymore and the sauce on it is bland. Seems like they're cutting corners to save on money.

I don’t think this is Panda Garden anymore. I ordered shrimp lo mein through Uber Eats and when I looked at the bag it says stir fried noodle with shrimp. I wasn’t a fan of the noodles; too much sesame oil or something.

Be cautious when ordering food from here when using Debit or Credit cards. I ordered through the phone and was told how much my order would be. I made it to the establishment and the person who charged me (a male), charged extra that wasn’t even for the food. I confronted them and they laughed it off and gave me a few dollars, I looked at my receipt and they still took a few dollars off of me.

They've recently upgraded. Can't dine in just yet. Don't know if new proprietor or the same people established. Never been here! First time. Ordered a qt. of chicken fried rice and two shrimp rolls to go. Waiting until it's fully furnished and can cater to the public properly.

She adjusted my order and tried charging $10 moreI arrived to pick up the food and she kept saying I need to order better. She canceled my order. It went from a $30 order to almost $50Never had an issue until this lady

Just had lunch and the owner or whomever was behind the counter was the rudest person I've ever met. What a total douce bag. Not one person inside and he made me feel as if I'm bothering him by order food. No wonder it was

I was downtown for a business conference and my wife and I decided to walk around the area of our hotel to find a dinner venue. We prefer casual places and we often try small local restaurants, which we know can be hit or miss. We came to a small 'hole-in-the-wall" place with a faded Chinese menu in the window and decided to take a chance. Inside the long narrow room, we saw very limited seating and ordered at a wooden counter, where our order-taker seemed surprised that we wanted to "eat in." We took a seat in one of only a few wooden booths and the gentleman returned soon with a large paper bag. I said "Oh, you must have forgotten we were eating here." He just began extracting the usual Chinese take-out containers from the bag and we were a little apprehensive that we had blown it. But one bite of the seafood in bean sauce immediately proved otherwise, and my wife, who loves egg foo young, could not have been happier with hers. In short, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and generous portions, including very good lo mein and rice. We took our left-overs back to our hotel mini-fridge, and another sign of quality food is when it is still delicious a day or two later. We decided to return to this unassuming little shop whenever we are back in Philly. (We did eventually notice that this is apparently a franchise eatery rather than a mom & pop outfit. Nonetheless, a good choice if you don't mind the lack of usual restaurant trappings.)
