Honestly, this is the jalapeño cheddar bagel of my dreams, and even better, they make it a breakfast sandwich ☺ service is extremely friendly, prices are great, and if my first sentence wasn't clear enough, the food is delicious. I highly (highly) recommend

The services was quick and the workers were very nice. We came in with a larger group and they got all of our food out very fast. The prices were quite good too, the bagel I got was $10 and I couldn't even finish it. The food was DELICIOUS I enjoyed every bit and would definitely recommend for a quick and delicious breakfast. You should definitely go for the hot honey bagel.

This place cancels orders without notice or explanation. This has happened on multiple occasions. Unable to contact store after placing order. They constantly seem understaffed. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The promise of Hot Bagels is fixed to the plate glass windows in neon tubes of red and green. Bagels. Coffee. Sandwiches. I requested a double shot, extra hot cappuccino they were happy to change servers for the better barista! I chose a dyed bagel for my sandwich. Most possibly the best texture of any bagel I’ve ever eaten. Turkey, egg and toasted bagel. Aah! Delicious.?Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp from the sidewalk will give entry to this venue. Ample clear floor space inside with correct table height for wheelchair patrons.

there was a roach crawling on the everything bagels. 3 people working and only one attending the customers (only person doing their job lol). bagels are so-so, pretty decent but not great. definitely overpriced for what you're getting.

I'm almost certain that the management of "Philly Bagels" tells their employees to skimp on the cream cheese on all their bagels. I have tried both the Fitzwater St and JFK location and it's the same thing every time-- ordering a bagel with cream cheese, opening the bagel, and seeing the thinnest layer of cream cheese on one side and absolutely nothing on the other. The everything bagels are so good but I'm not spending money to eat them dry. I feel like this 'chain' won't last much longer compared to places like Kismet and Spread that actually load up on their bagels and sandwiches.

I called the store to see what the issue was and was told that my order was cancelled because the store was too busy and understaffed. When I responded with “you’re to busy to do business”? I was told yes and than was hung up on. I’ll be ordering from your competitors who want my business now. Best of luck

Bought "whole wheat bagels" that were neither bagels (just dry bread in a bagel shape) nor whole wheat (appeared mostly white). And high priced, to boot. Buy elsewhere!

Had the best bagel sammy here! So fresh and delicious! Service was super friendly and helpful. Dining area was very clean and the a/c was perfect for the 90+ degree weather. Don’t let the negative reviews keep you away from this great spot!
