I just started working in the area and so I tried this place for the first time. I AM HOOKED. I love hot hoagies, so this place is like a dream come true. The service is kind of slow sometimes but other than, this is a nice place to have lunch. The last few times I went I got the roast beef and provolone with hot peppers. DELICIOUS. There are a decent amount of options to choose from depending on what you like. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed nearby the Potbelly Connecticut ave WAWent 3 times and had excellent service and amazing foodOur 4th and final visit this morning was terrible. The server kept getting our order wrong, wouldn't listen, blamed us then kept on shouting at us whilst we ate our sandwiches that he was right and we were wrong. We'd had perfect orders with no mistakes three times in a row with the other staff so clearly it was his problem. He was rude and aggressive and definitely did not meet one of their promises of friendly service. Thank you to all of the other staff who served us over our three day stay, you were awesome! ?

Never been to their restaurant but their online job application is impossible to get through spent a whole two hours trying to apply but nothing went through on their website. So never will this restaurant get a second of my time again.

this was my first time to eat here. Never again. stale bread, no ice, no ice tea and when we told them about it, they said we're busy, we can't help it. didn'r ever refill anything. the place was dirty and a woman walked around with a dirty rag and a spray cloth swiping at things. brushed everything onto floor and walked away. most ofthe tables are dirty, the staff was rude and lazy. trash overflowing, trash on floor but they didn't bend over to pick it up. only one bathroom open and the other is filthy. I've been here 20 minutes, still no ice or ice tea but they have time to talk on their phones. the worst restaurant Ive been in in a long time and this will be my last visit here. if you can't handle the crowd, close up

2nd visit to Montgomery Ave store, and went for The Wreck today. Delicious sandwich and definitely recommend the Egg Nog shake as it isn’t overwhelmingly egg noggy. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. Got some good recommendations for future visit sandwiches from a fellow patron. Looking forward to downloading the app and earning some free grub. Thanks, to the Potbelly’s staff, for a solid meal in a hurry.

Well I used UberEats and ordered a “BIG” Smoked Ham & Cheese. It was not. For some reason it costs $11.59 in store and $16.59 on UE? How the hell do you justify that? I expect slightly higher prices on UE but that’s absurd. I wouldn’t have an issue if it was $11.59 but I could’ve gone to Larry’s Steaks and gotten a sandwhich TWICE the size for LESS money. Thoroughly disappointed in the sandwhich cost/size ratio.
