Constantly getting orders wrong on a consistent basis. It’s not that hard to follow an order listed out right in front of you on a screen or on a piece of paper.

Every time I visit this location the workers seem to have an attitude especially the heavy set white guy that might be a manager. This evening I went in and around 9:30pm and I almost didn’t get anything due to the fact that they didn’t clean the line( WHERE THE FOOD IS PRESENTED) it was just alot of food along the sides mixing into other foods. It really looked nasty and dirty. I feel like as a customer who previously managed a restaurant shouldn’t have to say something to the employees and then they catch an attitude because I’m pointing out your store flaws. This location has so much potential but the customer service SUCKS! Also the portion size sucks like really bad!
I'm still horribly sick more than 24 hours later. Was up all night with belly pain and diarrhea. The food was cold and tasted horrible. The chips were stale. I vaguely remember trying the one in Springfield. Also horrible. No more chances Qdoba. Taco Bell is 100 times better.Parking: We nearly got ticketed trying to pick up the order.
person behind the counter today was very rude. management need to monitor customer service and how they treat customers. I would not go to this location again. lack of cleanness as well. I am not surprised that some of the comments where people got sick.
