We hired Red Stone Pizza to cater our wedding and they were incredible!!! We did a ton of research when it came to selecting the food truck for our wedding, and we decided to go with Red Stone because they had the best options for cocktail hour. Our wedding was 20 days ago and my mom is still taking about the bacon wrapped scallops! All of the food was delicious, our guests really loved the salads too.At the end of the evening they also packed up tons of extra pies and stacked them on a table near our venues exit. Our guests were so happy to take pizzas on their way out, there wasn’t a single one left at the end of the night!!Planning was easy with Jessica, she always answers quickly, is super flexible, and was willing to travel an hour out to our venue. Definitely recommend hiring Red Stone to cater your next event!!!

I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!Dietary restrictions: We had someone attending that was deathly allergic to walnuts so Red Stone removed all nuts from their salad and pesto so we wouldn’t have any issues.

Great pizza, great prices, excellent service! I've been wanting to catch this truck at work for a while now, but their schedule didn't line up with our lunch group's schedule for several weeks. So worth the wait :) thin crust is delicious, toppings (I had the veggie pizza, others had mushroom and one other) are generous, everything is tastily handcrafted (rapidly) while you wait. Can't wait to come back and try some other pizzas

OMG!!! My friend and her family are the the owner of the AMAZING pizza. The pizza is so good never had ANYTHING better than this, I've never actually went to their truck but, it was my friends birthday a few days ago and she brought pizza for the class and it was DELICIOUS!! The pizza wasn't to crisp, wasn't to thin/thick, not to much cheese. It was just SPECTACULAR, SPLENDID, thank you. For the amazing service to all of us.

I decided to try the sweet cornbread bits, which were a delicious combination of the sweetness of the corn and the salty savoriness of the parmesan. The soft dough had a pleasant and satisfying texture, with a crispy edge that complemented the chewiness of the pizza. The pesto chicken pizza was another winner, with tender chicken and herbaceous pesto. The sweet pear pizza was an absolute delight, with its sweet pear, tangy goat cheese, and fire-roasted sage that was a delightful invitation to take the first bite. They elevated the classic pizza with their homemade mozzarella and the perfect pizza sauce, making the flavors well-balanced. The Red Stone Pizza Truck happened to be in front of The Wayward on Ludlow St. when I was looking for a quick lunch. I’m so glad I ran across it. I decided to try something different from my usual pizza order of Margherita that I get everywhere just to be safe. I got the Pear personal 10” pizza. It was the perfect amount for a single person for lunch. The crust was thin and crispy which I love. It wasn’t too heavy for midday and it was sweet and refreshing. I’ve never had pear on a pizza, but it perfectly complimented the richness of the cheese, fresh herbs, and sweetness of the honey. It was ready shortly and hot when I got back home.The checkout was simple and quick with the rotating touch screen you usually see on food trucks. Everything was clean and the prices were around $13 give or take for the individual pizzas. The gentleman working the counter was super nice, chatted with me, and asked me questions. Overall, it was a great experience. Can’t wait for the next time that they’re in the area.

We Hired Red Stone Pizza Truck for our wedding on 9/10/2022. We worked with Jessica with all the details and planning. She was great with communication and emailing within 24 hours. The truck was amazing and added a nice surprise to our guests for our after party. The truck offered 5 different pizzas for our event and even gave togo boxes for our guests. The pizza was hot and delicious! Great staff and experience. We plan to use again!!!

Jessica and her team provided the most delicious appetizers, salads, and pizzas all well being flexible and accommodating.
