Troo B

The other day I ordered a burrito and when I got home I realized there was no type of closure on it. The entire top where you would bite into was not only open but down the entire side to the bottom was open. These photos look like I had already devoured into it. I had not. On one side of my burrito I counted five layers of tortilla, on the other half, zero. I called the store which they told me to drive all the way back there. I informed them I have a fractured spine and that’s not exactly an easy thing to ask of me for their mistake. I was told to email the manager the photos. I was given an email that does not exist. I called back to verify the email and was very rudely told they were “certain” that was the email address. After going back and forth they finally went to double check and came back to inform me they had in fact given me the wrong email. So, I email them. Days later…. No response. These people knew they gave out a faulty product. My boyfriend watched the worker dump the contents of the burrito into another tortilla and attempt (obviously unsuccessfully) to remake it. I use to order from here often. Not only has the quality gone down dramatically since their reopening but they also tend to ignore the request to have certain ingredients removed now more than ever. The quality of their food has become hit or miss depending on who is working that day. Even the woman on the phone told me that “two people there wrap very tight” Yet somehow I’m still trying to understand how that falls on me as a customer to pay for something that is just clearly not what I ordered.First photo is how it looked when I opened it. Second & third are after attempting to take two bites.

When I went they were OUT of there items, several of which we wanted to get. It looked pricey / Rittenhouse but when the food came overall it's worth and extremely good! One time isn't sufficiently determinant but would definitely come back and try more items! Also banger music playlist

Great untraditional Mexican. Great for a quick take out in center city. Ordering online is super easy.

Great staff. Very nice and a total delight. The chips and salsa was good. The Margherita can have lesser ice and more Margherita. The tacos were okay, the tortilla was a bit chewy for my liking.

My go to spot when in Philly bicycle riding around my 2nd favorite city. The food is fresh and tastes very very good. Customer service is on point and the atmosphere has been great the times I've eaten.

Tacos were pretty good. Interesting fusion concepts. Made fresh. Nothing incredibly special and a bit expensive, but good. Service was abysmal. Only one person working (that we could see) on a lunch shift. Completely ignored us for 10 minutes while we stood waiting at the register. Seemed upset we were ordering food. Doubt we'll go back.

Flavorless chicken tinga tacos. Rice and beans were equally flavorless. Upset I walked 6 blocks to try this place and spent $15 on subpar lunch.

Horrible employees, horrible service. Smoked mushroom burritos are good (the 1/2 of the time that they have them). But everything else truly sucks. So many Mexican options in Philly. Stay away.

There is only one reason this is losing a star because the tacos were fantastic. I got the Pork al Pastor tacos, and they were extremely tasty. They took a decent amount of time to prepare (I didn't order in advance) but that was okay as it meant that they would be fresh for when I ate them. I'm really surprised there was only one person working at peak dinner time on a weeknight. There was someone behind me who I know had to wait even longer than I did for their food. Still though, the food is very solid, and I'll be back again making sure I order in advance.

Stopped in for a quick bite with some friends and now I keep thinking about these Korean beef tacos. Flavor was great and I loved how it was chunks of beef rather than ground beef. Chips and guac were also really good. Seems like they make the chips in house. And the watermelon drink was very refreshing on a hot day. The place was a bit small but enough to sit in and eat. There were 3 workers there and they got the food out pretty fast. Would definitely go again.

Good tacos, but you tip for counter service, picking up your order, and bussing your own table. Counter person didn’t even say thank you.
