Just make sure to check your food to make sure your order is correct(just like you should every restaurant) because sometimes even after putting notes in order to make apple pie vegan by not adding the caramel, sometimes they put the caramel anyway & you have to let them know when you get your order, then they make you another one, but of course you'll have to wait for it.

If I can give this review 0 stars I would the first problem I had with this establishment was the front entrance it's not the entrance you have to go around this back little block with all the bobwires it was the worst Walking into the establishment there was no one there to greet you or to give you information on how to get your food has to figure it out myself Once I got my food and got home to try to enjoy myself I was highly disappointed when I opened it up and seen them all scattered around in the platter cheese sauce with dry parsley on my fries I didn't understand and then as I started trying each flavor I was still disappointed from the same jerk chicken that was nothing but spice and dry chicken the salmon roll tastes like freezer burn with absolutely no flavor at all just the sauce the Philly cheesesteak wasn't even steak but was ground beef all in all like I said if I can give this 0 stars I would # refund

After placing my order, the website stated that my order will be ready within the next 40 minutes. I’ve arrived at this location to pick up and check in; however, the kiosks stated that my food will be ready within 2-15 minutes and that I’ll receive a text message. After now waiting for now an hour, I called and was told that my food is ready but it’ll take 10 minutes to package it. I waited and went inside again. About 5 minutes later, I’ve finally received my food. Unfortunately, it was partially a let down. I ordered three lunch combos (all which came with fries). I wanted just one portion of the fries to have old bay seasoning, but all 3 had it. They were also old tasting and not warm at all. I generally like to support black owned businesses; however, this experience was awful.

Placed my order at 1:13pm received a email that my order was ready for pick up. I processed to drive to the store. I couldn't find my order. Spoke to a women who said they mistakenly marked my order as ready. Then asked me if i could wait another 15min. Now its 2:05pm and im my lunch break. She offered a refund i said ok. My whole lunch break was ruined. I called the store and ask how long would the refund take. The lady said let me call my boss and i will call you back. I have still yet to receive a phone call back. Lunch break ruined and i was told it would take 3-5 business days for my refund to process. I definitely won't be back if this how you run your business.

So I was on a mission for the rolls and the Holmes location was closed soooo I went here. Pretty cool situation with other vendors kind of a virtual restaurant. The order was prepared quickly and I was happy to have my car smell like the rolls but made sure they stayed warm in my hot/cold bag and I gently placed them in my passenger seat to keep them warm with the heated seats. It was a bit of a challenge to find the place but I called and staff became my personal gps and I was grateful. Got home and the Little Rock and roll adventure was well worth it. They are just bomb!!!!

I randomly found them September of 2022 on DoorDash & haven’t stopped ordering since. The crab cake egg roll, seafood mac & cheese egg roll, & the fried shrimp are my favorite(I’m a seafood person). My husband loves the sampler platter since he can never make up his mind. He also loves the peach drink. I hate that the delivery is almost an hour at times but it’s definitely worth the wait.
The cheesesteak rolls were delicious. The fries were seasoned, not my favorite, but they were okay. I'll definitely be back for the cheesesteak rolls.

My co-worker introduced me to this place today. I ordered a buffalo chicken roll and a general tso's chicken and they were delicious. My rating is for the food. Only because I did not visit the store to receive the service or atmosphere.
Service and atmosphere suck. I went inside the location over the summer there’s never anyone at the counter, there was water all over the floor and now I just tried to order tried Uber eats And they randomly canceled my order.

The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman was so nice. Cute interior. We traveled almost two hours to try their rolls. Even though they were out of some ingredients for some of their rolls it was ok. That just gave me the opportunity to try something different. My daughter had the general Tso chicken, she loved it. I had the Thai chili salmon, jerk chicken, beef cheesesteak and seafood Mac and cheese. Love them!!! The gentleman at the counter was talking to the owner on the phone. I appreciate her telling us thank you for traveling to try her rolls! Sometimes it's the simple things that make a difference. Keep up the excellent customer service. Thank you again. See you soon!
