Called at 9:23 p.m. on 1/10/14 for delivery. Got a large pepperoni with green peppers and a couple bottles of water. Gave the delivery guy $5 as a tip. I regret doing all of this. My pizza was slung to the side with half the toppings missing, probably thanks to the driver. Then I woke up four times last night vomiting up the pizza, probably thanks to the kitchen.

Loved this place when I was a broke grad student living across the street 20 years ago, love it today when I come back to visit friends. No frills for sure, but gives you what you need. Have brought these steaks to friends living elsewhere in Philly and they love them too, not knowing where they come from. I will keep going back.

These are the best cheese steaks on the west side of town,,,,wings are popping. I have no complaints and I get delivery through GrubHub and they always call me when they get to my front door because their own drivers delivered through any delivery service you use
Friendly service and low prices make up for the humble appearance. It may not look like much from the outside (or inside), but I'm always greeted with a smile or a deadpan joke from the owners when picking up food or packages. The food is nothing special, really, but it consistently satisfies, which is more than can be said about many local eateries.
Basic food with little flavor or umpf. They have plenty of locals eating but when the potato chip bags have dust on them and the shop is dark and dirty looking, you pray over your food and hope to live the next day. It always gets me when the cooks nails are dirty. Small shop and they do lottery so that may be why they keep open. Not returning. They will be just fine.

My brother and I stopped in there a few weeks ago looking for a new spot to try out and when we took a bite of that plain cheese we looked at each other like “bro…” and have remained loyal customers ever since. The food is at a great price compared to other places and filling. Their care with the food is also great! The look of the place could be a touch better but it’s also the look that lets you know you’re getting great pizza at great prices! I’ll always be coming back when I have an extra 20 lying around for some food.
