High quality Lebanese style Mediterranean food at an amazing price. We opted for the Mediterranean platter-a sampler of creamy, lemony hummus, smoky baba ganoush, an eggplant salad and some pickled items. Nothing totally remarkable, but reliably deliciously flavored and good portions. One of us got the beef shawarma sandwich and reported it to the best one ever tasted, especially the Lebanese style with pickles and French fries added in! The service on an early Saturday night was a little slow, but the food was hot when it came and worth the wait. Top it off with the baklava, it’s worth the calories, with just the right amount of honey that squishes out of the pastry when you bite down.Vegetarian options: Fava bean appetizer, along with many other veg options, felafel, veg platterDietary restrictions: They were great about nut allergies and there were plenty of options for veg.

Delicious food, the hummus is amazing. Great location 2 blocks from City Hall. The only issue is that prices are a few dollars higher than other nearby places for lunch.Parking: It's Center City, parking is aggravating. Walk, bike or use SEPTA/PATCO/NJ TRANSIT to get there..

Amazing meal. Best meal for byo I have had in a long time. The service was efficient and everything was incredible. The falafels are the best I have ever had and the beef kabob was top notch. Make sure you get the garlic sauce. It is out of this world.

Went here after the academy of music show for a quick bite and left feeling nostalgic about childhood. Mom and I have been searching for shawarma that reminded us of our favorite place in the UAE... found that taste after 22 years! Please get the shawarma "Lebanese style" and you, too, will understand what I'm saying!! Thank you, Sahara. We will be back more often!

Wow, the food was generous and tasty. The meat tender. The vegetables delicious. Everything prepared perfectly. AND to top it off the baklava was perfect. Can't wait to return. Great hours, open every day.

I got the mixed kabob plate and all kabobs were really juicy, well marinated and delicious. Don’t like the date syrup on the baklava.

I have been eating here for over 10 years and am always glad I keep coming back. Consistently good food. I don't eat meat anymore but when I did their Shawarma was excellent. Falafel, hummus is always good!! Reservations not needed so it is always a great option when looking for Mediterranean food.

The Lebanese style kafta is very tasty, reasonably priced and fills me up with perfectly charcoaled and seasoned kafta skewers, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, tahini sauce and fries. It's one of my favorite items and I pair it up with hummus with olive oil and fresh pita bread.
