Jan, 10th at 1:45 pmThat lady you have work in the morning at Salad Works she takes 1 million 15 minute breaks. I waited for her for 15 minutes. She never showed up. I went shopping got finished within a half an hour she was back and by the time I put my groceries in the car and came back to get my Salad she was gone again. If she doesn’t wanna work there anymore, then she should let somebody know. Then she wants to complain about the next guy being late when it wasn’t even 3 o’clock.

I love a good Saladworks salad, but I never have a good experience when I come to this location. Today I was craving a nice fresh Bently salad. I came here and there one worker moved so slowly that it took forever to place my order. The lettuce looked old and yellowed. When I asked if I could have my salad mixed together, the worker just blinked at me. Is in the end, my salad tasted fine, so I'm leaving stars for that. Customer service and friendliness were nonexistent.

How does this location always underperform? Drove out of my way here to get a salad at 4:45. Sign says they close at 8, so the girl says they're closed "to revamp". What she fails to mention is 20ft from her to the side, there's ready-made Salad works salads. Like.... Why wouldn't you mention this to your customers? Why is your service here always so poor? Continually disappointed with the service here

For the past 3 days they haven’t been open when they say it’s suppose to be open. I came at 11am not open, I came at 1:30 not open then I went at 12:45 not open! The service is good depending on who’s actually there, there’s never any consistent quality service. I quality of ingredients varies from when you go in there. You’re better off grocery shopping and making your own

I love saladworks but this location is the worst. I ordered delivery and they managed to get my order wrong. They forgot my rolls and I asked for spring mix and got none. Just awful. Go to a different location. They suck.

Here I was trying to make a healthy choice and felt like I was being punished lol. I arrived an hour after opening and they're super busy prepping for some reason, so ordering seemed like an inconvenience. Someone who appeared to be the manager standing around eating. The person who makes your order is just not knowledgeable enough yet, which is a disservice to her and customers to not be trained properly yet; nervous and confused, and manager seemingly unbothered. I ordered off the menu to make things easier on them since things already looked shaky, chipotle ranch salad. Wrong cheese used, avocados not ripe and inedible, didn't know how to cut an avocado so there's skin throughout the bowl, lots of liquid in the bottom because the corn and tomatoes weren't strained well, wrong item used... Plain Corn instead of the corn black bean salsa mix that pretty much makes the salad what it is, and most importantly didn't have the dressing the salad required, nor the only alternate that would have made this salad work. Which I wasn't alerted to until after the salad was 'made.' So none of these elements even come together, especially since half the salad was made wrong also. Who even knows what I would have received without the manager standing there because this all still occured with her 'observation.' The lack of care here is rather inexcusable for three people being on staff and two customers. Wouldn't return to this saladworks or this ShopRite at this point. Both just don't seem to care to have systems in place that create positive outcomes for customers and haven't as long as I've lived in west Philly.

This place does not meet the standards the company sets. I will never order from here again. Staff us unable to make sure the order is complete and correct.

Absolutely horrible, I was already hesitant to order being that it was in the shop rite. I should have went with my gut. Missing items, salad was size for a child. A waste of $20 . Will never order from here again!

52nd Parkside salad works is the worse tried them 6months apart and nothing has changed.. Order online for 2:30 pick up. Why I wait at the counter for 30mins yes until 3 since I paid for my salad already no one came.I don't think they even opened.7am ShopRite manager put there out of date stuff on there station why the salads wraps etc were still sitting there. He went to check to see if they were in there fridge no one in there..My first time 6months ago I waited at the counter and it took forever for someone to come behind counter..They need to be shut down..Still waiting to hear about my refund..And I took the bus all the way from SW I wanted my salad....

This little gem is hidden in the Food Court at 30th Station Philadelphia and it's really delicious. I have been to 30th Station many times and I had never seen this food place. It's basically salads, but you have many choices and the servings are big. I ate it before my 9pm flight back home to Vegas and I was amazed that I didn't get hungry at all on that 5 + hour long flight. I definitely recommend it if you find yourself in the area.
