Food is awesome, but DO NOT EVER SELECT THE DELIVERY OPTION!!!!! We have been waiting for over 1 1/2 hours for our food, and when I called they said "on the way". More time expired and I called back requesting my food and a full refund, when she told me there was no manager on site and the manager would "call me". A lengthy conversation ensued when I said my husband would be picking up the food and we do not want to be charged...no response!!! What a shit show!! They should not offer delivery! PS-not the first time we have ordered delivery from them and it has taken FOREVER!!! ( only the second time-we gave them another chance-epic fail) KNOW YOUR LANE-DON'T OFFER DELIVERY!!! You suck at it!!!!!

Santucci’s came highly recommended to my family and I and unfortunately, we were left disappointed. We placed a pretty large order that included pizza, steaks and fries and honestly, we could’ve ate in. Not only was the pizza extremely cold, it was tasteless and SALTY! Three boxes of pizza gone to waste! The steaks and fries were flavorful but also cold, thank goodness for our air fryer. Overall, my family and I were not happy campers and feel that Santucci’s really missed the mark.

First time trying this place after my daughter recommended it. She knows I am pretty picky about pizza and she has a similar sense of quality food. I ordered two medium pizzas and the garlic Parmesan fries. Well shit the front door, those fries rocked it. If only they would have vented the container! I will have to get them in the restaurant because they were so good. The meat lovers pizza had some truly amazing sauce on it. Nice seasoning without any sweetness. My kind of sauce. The square slices were packed with flavor. The margarita pizza was a little different than what you see more traditionally. It was good but for me it didn't compare. Looking forward to trying some more dishes!

Disappointed twice. Asked for well done “the works”. Pizza was soggy, under cooked, veggies were raw. No flavor. Had to blast it in the air fryer and season it myself. Not worth the time, money or energy. Go to pizza jawn instead. See picture attached- santuccis vs my air fried slice.

Ordered the wings, fries with ranch sauce. The fries were perfect. The wings were really good and warm when i picked them up. The restaurant seems really cute and the cashier was nice. I gotta talk about their cheese sauce. Wow. Did that take me by surprise ! Their sauce is so good.So much so that I have considered just ordering a side of cheese to have with chips! I personally did not eat it with the fries i think the cheese sauce compliments itself. Either way food was great! Will definitely order again.
Worst raw soggy pizza i ever had. Even dominos knows how to bake a nice pizza. Flimsy under cooked trash sorry but I was so hungry for a good slice and this was just horrible. How do pizza makers from 1953 even allow pizza like this to leave their place. Sad sad

Don’t waste your money. $15 for the soggiest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I wanted to sub onions for olives and they were going to charge me an extra $3. Should have just bought 3 digiorno pizzas. They would have been bigger and tasted better. Will not be eating here again.

I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for delivery. 16 minutes later, it arrived. Explain to me how you can make a pizza from scratch, and deliver it that quickly. Delivery driver was great, but .... Pizza is overpriced, and I had to put it in the oven to heat it up. Not worth the $33.24

Mechanicsburg location-We stopped by last night. The food was fantastic snd the service was great. The owners were working hard along with their staff as it was an extremely busy night since it just opened 2 days ago. Despite that, the food was excellent and no short cuts were taken. My family and I loved this place snd will be back.
