Cool lil coffee spot. Not much parking but good service, spacious in the inside and free WiFi. Nice place to have a quick breakfast. Drinks are tasty and the staff is nice. Seamless experience beginning to end.

My 16oz (medium) cold brew with splash of half-n-half and sugar-free vanilla syrup was DELICIOUS! It was perfectly refreshing on a H O T 90+ degree day, perfect ratio of ice to coffee to creamer to sugar-free syrup. Definitely better than the Starbucks or Dunkin I would get. The baristas were SUPER nice, friendly. My clumsy self spilt my first cold brew order everywhere (UGH, BIG SAD) and they kindly made me a new one to match my current order - for free. The store itself was bright w/ lots of natural light, and had outdoor seating as well.

IMO the best all-around cafe in UCity. Solid food options and interesting coffee drinks. Good place to get some work done too. Service is good and fast.

Bad taste coffee and super slow service, don’t expect to get any edible food under 20 mins. Their excuse is the small kitchen, but isn’t that their problem to figure out how to speed up their production process and meet customers’ high demands?Mediocre service and immature business model.Would not return

My first time at saxbys! I tried a regular strawberry banana smoothie and let me tell you-- its NOT HARD TO GET WRONG. They made the most FLAVORLESS, WORST TASTING smoothie I've honestly ever had in my life. It taste like someone ate a strawberry then coughed into a cup of water. With maybe a paper-thin slice of banana. I also ordered a toast with peanut butter 30 mins ago, and am still waiting on it. Don't come here expecting something good just because the coffee shop look. Their drinks and food are disgusting and tasteless.

Had to have my hot chocolate remade twice but it was still just lukewarm milk with little or no chocolate so I had to throw it away.

The coffee and food are good, I just wish they wouldn't forget about the food items being heated and would listen to the order a bit better. They are not the quickest (for in-person ordering) for the most part, but the app to order ahead does not always work.
