I don't know where to begin. I have been going here for as long as I've been living in Mayfair and THE BEST BY FAR....PLACE ALWAYS CLEAN...GOOD FOOD..TODAY I WASNT HAVING THE BEST DAY AND THEIR CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK WARMED MY SPIRITS AND THE PIZZA MY KIDS ENJOYED IT....VERY NICE JOB. THANK YOU SHEF'

Their strong points are always the wings, bone in and bone out, the cheese fries, and the cheese steaks. Pizza isn't bad either but it's not gourmet. One crust option place. Overall, service is usually really fast if you are not dependent on delivery. I'm glad they're in my neighborhood. Trust me on the wings thou.. esp with the honey chili sauce. I always add some Sriracha

I always loved shefs pizza been getting it for years but I am done now last night I ordered a sicilian pizza and what I got was not a Sicilian pizza it was so thin under cooked way to greasy I called them about it and the woman was rude about it and said there's nothing they can dude and hung the phone up on me my food came to almost 40 dollars and I had to throw out the pizza and order from somewhere else for me and my guest . So I will never order from there again.

I got a margarita pizza and when I opened the box it was a mess! There was wayyyy too much sauce on it and all of it slid off and the dough was thinner than a piece of paper. The jalapeño poppers were ok until we got to the ones that didn't even have a pepper in it, it was just cheese and breading. My sister got a chicken cheesesteak and it was way too salty it was like she got salt with a side of chicken. Shefs really went downhill since I last ordered from them. Whoever the cook is there must have a whole 2 brain cells left to think this was ok to send out.

Awesome taste and even better price. By far one of the best pies I've tried since moving to Philadelphia and super affordable.
Food was not the best. Also the time they said it would arrive was late it said they would arrive at specific time it came a half hour after they offered a special on the app but it did not arrive. When I called about that they pretty much told me. Oh, it’s wrong on the app. It doesn’t come with that. Then they didn’t offer anything to accommodate for this mistake. They said the only thing they can do is ring me up and pay for a full price one instead of the side that the meal came with. The employees were nice about it but not accommodating at all for their mistake blamed it on the app. Food was not great either very greasy would not recommend. If you advertise something that’s what you should receive the blame should not be shifted to an app should just accommodate for the error in my opinion.
