The buffet setting was elegant and captured the essence of the event. The food was well prepared and absolutely DELICIOUS! Everyone raved about the food. This review is long overdue! Smokin' Sone's catered my small wedding reception in 2019. It was a quick turnaround time from booking to event. The entire experience was professional and easy peasy.Sone's dinner was one THE most fresh, flavorful, mouth-watering catered meals I have had in my life. Every flavor popped and everything that was supposed to be moist...was. Very few meals are as memorable for me. (I can remember a wedding reception I attended in Louisiana in 2012...) I digress.The presentation is beautiful. The staff is attentive yet inconspicuous. If I could hire the team for meal prep, private catering, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I absolutely would! I would not be surprised if Sone is snatched up to be a private chef for someone. (Hire Sone's while you still can!)

First off I was required to fill out a “getting to know you” survey to find out about allergies, dislikes and why type of cuisine I preferred. I was given menu options based on my budget and clear direct and open communication. The food was delivered on time, fresh and was presented beautifully! I’m so happy to have found my new go to caterer for all of my future events!

Garlic pepper grilled flank steak, j*** chicken empanadas, creamy au gratin potatoes, roasted balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, grilled honey sriracha jumbo shrimp, mini molten chocolate cakes w/ raspberries. EVERYTHING was absolutely remarkable. My food was delivered on time. The entire experience with Smokin’ Sone was 100 percent professional. Smokin Sone’s hosted a party in our home for a large number of people. The food was incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how impressed they were by all 6 dishes that were provided. The staff was punctual, very courteous and efficient. Chef worked around our schedule (including last minute changes due to inclement weather) and the area of the house where they worked was spotless when the event ended. Will use Smokin Sone’s again and highly recommend this company!
