Live across the street so usually go there at least once a week. There’s usually a homeless person either inside or right outside the door. Today a homeless guy was inside and started screaming at my girlfriend and getting in my face because she said “excuse me” to him as she walked by. Staff asked him to leave but he didn’t so we did. Not going back.

We came here while in the area and it was windy and cold and I started coughing very bad. One of the baristas came to me with a water to help calm it down and offered a place to sit. The baristas here go above and beyond what is required of them.

There are a lot of Starbucks in Philadelphia, but this one continually proves to be a deeply unpleasant experience to go to. I have never walked out of here feeling good as there is constantly something wrong with the experience.Constantly, orders take forever to be put together. There never seems to be any rush behind the counter, even when orders pile up. God forbid you have an order with more than one drink. Regardless of when you place it, you'll be continually pushed to the back of the queue of orders for the sheer audacity of placing something more complicated than a drip coffee. If you want any sort of timely service, make sure to order in person as those orders are given the highest priority.The staff seems to have little regard for the customers and it seems like they're doing you a favor by serving you a drink.Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. Go to any other coffee shop nearby.

This place has never gotten matcha lattes right! If you are looking for a matcha latte that actually tastes like matcha, go to another place. They make these lattes terribly and they taste extremely watered down. it's a total waste of money.
