Visited here three times while in Philly. First day everything was five star. Second day when I came back they were out of frapp roast for the Frappuccinos and it took the barista two attempts to make a white chocolate mocha. Third day still out of frapp roast and now also out of danishes. Thank goodness I'm headed home tomorrow.Note this location is inside of a very busy Giants Grocery Store and only has one employee, so come prepared to wait. If you're on in a hurry visit the one a block up or back from.this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally wheel chair accessible and service dog friendly.

Ordered a dragon drink and the chubby caucasian girl messed it up! I had to get a refund why do you let people work who dont know how to read or follow instructions on making a drink theres no way she put pineapple pieces in the drink then had the nerve to ask me if i still want it!!! I wont ever be back

Staff here were amazing! They try their best to keep up with the crowds, unfortunately it's tough when there are only 3 people and 100s+ of people can easily walkthrough the doors at any given hour. But everyone is served pretty quickly, ample seating and space is clean even though they get so busy.

Rude and Racist!! This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. It's time for an annual training on diversity.
I go to this Starbucks every day and it is by far the best Starbucks I have been to. Especially considering the amount of foot traffic, these baristas are so kind and helpful. They always have what I want, and are so incredibly efficient! I wish I could give this Starbucks 10 stars, they are amazing!

Customer service was terrible. I walked up to the counter and the guy just stared at me blankly, didn’t even greet me or say anything. It’s not my usual experience at Starbucks so I was taken aback. I asked for a moment to browse the menu and he just rolled his eyes and walked off, as if I annoyed him. I immediately said “wow” and just walked out. I didn’t expect him to just stand around and wait on me but I thought he would’ve at least said “take your time” or “let me know when you’re ready” etc, but from the beginning, he just looked annoyed and didn’t speak a word. Definitely go to the Starbucks between 9th and 10th and market instead! It’s my go-to but the one in Giant was more convenient from where I was coming from. Completely different energy and customer service experience! I definitely won’t make that mistake again.
