This subway had bad customer service I was ordering food and ask for extra lettuce and other ingredients lady didn’t care at all and I ask for pizza at 4pm est and they already close the pizza side woman was not excited and didn’t care for her job reason why I had a awful time is for that reason ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I saw a customer returned her sandwich with hair in it .. her lunch companion asked for a bag to put her half sandwiched in and was charged 11 cents.. she asked if the store charged for their pretzel bags, and the clerk said yes.. and pointed out a small sign saying the store charges for recyclable bags... question... if I brought a pretzel, would I have to carry it in my hand ? Wow

Worst customer service ever from this small, disgruntled, Spanish women that was sweeping and is about 4feet high at most. We went in to order for a family of 6 and her attitude towards us, was by far embarrassing and humiliating to us, and we are Latinos which makes it even worse. What a shame of an employee and individual! All this drama she caused because my child wanted to use the restroom. She should not be working anywhere with that piss, poor attitude. SUBWAY MANAGER "TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES"!

Manager watches over employees and makes them weigh meat. I'm not new to subway. They weighed out 50 grams of chicken for my footlong. Footlong should have 6 ounces or 138g of chicken. They make an effort to put mallbare minimum of each and every ingredient on the sub. The quality isn't the best either. Lettuce was yellow. This does concern me and I hope subway corporate sees them cutting corners and does something about it.
