Quite possibly the best banana cream pudding ever to exist. Sweet Nina is amazing, kind, caring, and helpful. She took time to explain the ingredients and how things like strawberries are layered directly into the pudding. If you find yourself at Redding Terminal Market, this is the one place you need to make sure you visit. Location wise, I would say she's pretty much right in the center of the market located next to the diner on the Filbert St side. I included a map photo to make it easier to locate her.

My fiancé and I stopped in here yesterday after lunch. We were completely full, but the display case of banana pudding caught our eye. Ms Nina and her husband were such a pleasure to talk with and swore by their banana pudding saying it was the real deal. She said if I wasn’t satisfied, she’d give me a refund. I got roots in the South myself so when I say this banana pudding is the real deal, trust me! We got the classic and the banana pudding with caramel rum sauce bread pudding. Both were absolutely exquisite. The pudding was light, creamy, not overly sweet, and just the right amount of banana. We were both scraping the containers to get the last bits. Everything tasted so fresh and made from scratch. Sadly we don’t live in Philly, but we will definitely come back whenever we’re in town. You MUST try this. You won’t be disappointed!

I went today and my Wife and I ordered the classic and Strawberry. They were both Fresh and light and delicious. This is the best Banana Pudding I had since I can remember. It's way better than Magnolias in NYC Banana Pudding.Keep up the Great work
