i initially really appreciated the customer service because the manager called me to ask to substitute an ingredient, but then forgot the main ingredient for my salad. really disappointed.

Skimpy portions. I like 40th Walnut Street better. This was my first time and will not return. The utensils should be in plastic. People digging in the forks and touching them is disgusting. Maybe a utensil dispenser ?????

I went here last night with a friend to get a healthy salad and the service was horrible, i ordered the guac bowl and midway through making it they informed me that they ran out of roasted chicken and avocado so I replaced it with herb chicken and sweet potato then proceeded to charge me extra for the herb chicken and sweet potato without ever informing me about the extra charge before hand. Another customer also complained their sweet potatoes were black and after looking at the mushroom in the front they looked black and shriveled as well

I love sweetgreens food but the service at this location is horrendous. The young man that services me tonight looked miserable, he was not speaking clearly so I could not grasp what he was offering as options, I explained I was hard of hearing and I asked “are you okay?” and he said “.yeah, but let’s just get you this so I can go back to eating…” :O

I wanted a chicken avocado ranch bowl and they told me they were out of ranch but asked if i wanted anything to replace it. It’s fine that they were out of avocado but why would they charge me $3 for the item i chose to replace the avocado and they didn’t tell me it would be an extra

I'll take this location over 18th & chestnut any-day, always seems to be a complete disaster over there. Food here was ready on time. Salads were overall solid but a little skimpy ingredients wise. Fish taco salad had MAYBE 2 or 3 pieces of tortilla chips. The steel-head portion was very fair for the price and of good quality however the skin was poorly trimmed so it tasted overly fishy as there was a decent sized layer of grey meat that should have been removed. Top portion of the fish was very tasty. Buffalo chicken salad had very little chicken but it is what it is, pretty sure they just want you ordering double meat. It was still tasty af even though they forgot to include my bread slice. Overall though i'd recommend this location. I always try supporting this chain but sometimes it isn't easy.

I got the worst salad from a Sweetgreen at this location. The avocado I paid extra for was brown and rubbery. The salad base was really wilted and some of the pieces were definitely rotten. Terrible experience.

Excellent service and fast door to food time. My regular go to place for snacks. No seating inside but very friendly staff.

Front desk girl is nice. I don't know about the cleaniness of the kitchen. However, my gosh, very pricey. a plate with a drink over $30.Biden and the fed are fighting inflation, but these people at Kabobi are doing the opposite. They should align their prices with and like everyone else. Otherwise every customer will not come back (including myself) and they will end up shutting down....

Save your time, save your money, this place sucks. They serve you old dirty food. Refrigeration not up to bord Of health standards. Nor should it be up to your standards. They refuse to pay their employees. Their chef illegally does construction work in the apartment upstairs with no permits, by the way. Then comes downstairs and cook your food without even washing his hands. And that's the place you're ordering from people, come on.

FOODI ordered a chicken pesto parm bowl. It was flavorful, filling, and not too heavy, but my only complaint was the lack of chicken (substantial since the bowl is chicken-based). I only had about 3 cubes of chicken within the whole bowl and maybe a couple of scraps at the bottom. Otherwise, the rest of the mix-ins were ample and refreshing.SERVICEThe staff here are very kind and friendly. I received my order on time after ordering online and had no complaints with the system.AMBIANCEThe location is grab-and-go. No seating is available within or outside the store. It is conveniently located near Jefferson's Center City campus and its main hospital.PARKINGPaid street parking is available at a limited capacity.

Lady doing to go orders literally ignoring us standing there. Only one ft over the barrier. If you yell out your name and interrupt them they won’t like that either. Passive aggressiveness is odd to me
