Attention Region Managers !!! Who are the shift leaders or/and Managers , Drive through lines are super sluggish , No customer service with a Smile !!?? The other day I was denied and told No to purchase a Soda after I ordered and before I paid … you know , If I didn’t know any better … This is horrible customer Service !!! Either be more efficient and Give service with professionalism and maybe a smile .. the managers should be Fired.

We told the person no beef on two of the items, she confirmed. Once we got home both items had beef. My chalupa was so hard and over fried. Don’t go here!
