I went here with a crew of 6 to celebrate a special day, and it was a really good experience! By no means am I a sushi expert, but I am not a newcomer either and to me it was pretty great experience, especially the tempura shrimp on the mango shrimp roll.. We ordered the Party Platter D which came with 64 pieces total comprised of Alaska roll, tuna avocado roll, california roll, spicy tuna roll, sweet potato roll, tiger roll, mango shrimp roll, and creamy crab roll. The mango in the mango shrimp roll was also a welcomed change of flavors. Lots of options. We ended up getting one of the family meals that really satisfied our group's stomachs and wallets. Generally it is a little expensive, but it's a local establishment that also doesn't have a liquor license to bring in easy revenue. On that note, this is a BYOB restaurant, which is pretty neat, allowing you to save even more on your overall price if you plan on drinking. I wonder if they would be willing to warm your sake for you? My only food recommendation (which I communicated to the open and friendly guy at the counter, is that the spicy tuna wasn't very spicy. Maybe now it will be spicier if they've had similar complaints since the time I went--probably 5 months ago at this point. Otherwise, my only other complaint is just that it's a small place--about 8 spots at the stylish wood sushi bar, and two picnic style tables that can seat 5 if you pull up a chair, so it might be a little tough to find a spot if you're going out with a crew.

This place is amazing— from the food to the service. It will not disappoint. I don’t have any photos to post because I eat it too fast when the food comes out.

I was very excited that there was a sushi place on this side of the bouly. I went there one time and the sushi was cool, just like other places in the area. I went again to get my pick up order. The cashier was on the phone taking an order so I waited for 2 minutes. After he was done taking the order, nothing, I mean nothing at all. I waited because I paid my money and maybe he didn’t notice me standing at the counter in front of his face. After another 5 mins, I prompted him to get my order. The restaurant had another cook and was empty so I didn’t understand the lack of customer service. I have not been back and will drive to any other sushi place. Im hoping it was absent mindedness, but even that is overwhelming…

It’s a cute and cozy restaurant. The service was good. I ordered the takoyaki, kani salad, and spicy ramen. I everything was really tasty! I was there for awhile catching up with my friend and I never felt rushed out.

Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The pieces fish were very fresh and thick and tender. A very good value for the money too. I didn’t expect a whole lot from a strip mall sushi place but I was very happy to be surprised! Highly recommend.

I'm going to give this place 4 stars and I almost gave it 5. Tucked away in a small strip center, this small Japanese restaurant is easy to miss, but don't miss it. It really deserves to succeed in it's unlikely Mayfair location. It's immaculately lean. The seating at the sushi bar is separated from the chef and kitchen by a wall of glass, so again, super hygienic. And most importantly the food is really good and great quality. Since it's local I've been here repeatedly and have not had a bad meal. Recommend the short rib buns, surf and turf roll, the tonkatsu ramen, and the fish is fresh and generously cut. Go.

Creamy crab roll is amazing. So is the rest of the food....but that just stands out and shines.

Disappointed this is the sushi deluxe. No crab, no shrimp, no clam, no tako. This rice was sweet. Order bao and that was good.
