Fried rice with crab is bland. Spring rolls were mushy. No condiments as requested.

This Thai restaurant has been going downhill for the past year – higher prices, average quality, slow service – and many in the community now avoid it. A perfect example is this Friday night when I decided to order delivery and give them another chance. When I placed my order, the woman there said “we don’t deliver” although it says “Fee Delivery” on their website. When I mentioned that fact, she seemed surprised and said their deliverer was not working.I changed it to pick-up and after placing my small or der for 2 people, she said stop over in 45 minutes. That seemed long but I arrived an hour later. There 4-5 people waiting. When I got to the counter, she said my order would not be ready for another 20-30 minutes. That would be 90 minutes after I phone it in! For a Thai meal!Worse there was no apology or explanation. She just turned and walked away. Two of the people waiting said they had been waiting almost 30 minutes on top of the hour after calling in. One said his girlfriend experienced the same problem a week earlier.Thai Kuu needs new management and a new attitude that treats its customers with respect. Needless to say, I will not be going there again and cannot recommends it.

This used to be a really good place for Thai food in Chestnut Hill but they've increased the prices a lot over the last few years and the quantity of food has reduced.

Finally found a Thai restaurant nearest to me . While I don’t find the food authentic I do find it delicious. They charge extra for everything so it easy to run up your bill. While I like small portions, you may have to order an appetizer or extra meat to be fully. I started out ordering pick before dinning inn. Pick up time is accurate and food was hot. My dine in experience was great, nice small intimate dinning space. Staff were attentive and our food was hot when it arrived to our table. This is vegetarian paradise! Most meals have the option to have meat added. This is now my daughter’s favorite restaurant.

The pad see-ew is the best in Philly, by far! The flavor is perfectly balanced and the dish has just the right amount of veggies.

I visited a Thai restaurant in Pittsburgh and it was great. When I got back to Philly I googled Thai restaurants and came across Thai Kuu and could not try their food. What a disappointment!! I ordered Drunken Noodle with Shrimp (noodles were over cooked) the dish were horrible did not come with rice. I also got Rice with Crab Meat it was ok nothing to write home about. The meal came to $50 plus over priced food. Don't waste your money there!!!!Parking: There are a few free parking spaces I believe you have to pay for parking.

Pad Thai was oily noodles. No sauce, No peanuts, No egg. How can they mess up that bad??? Curry was good. Lettuce wraps were very good. Take out was later then expected time. I have no desire to go here again.
