For someone who never leaves reviews, I HAVE TO with this place. For starters, our waiter Matthew (Matt) was so fun and comfortable. Loved every second of his atmosphere. SECONDLY, the food was to die for. The kona rub steak has been on my mind since I ate it. Price was phenomenal when you get a beautiful seat, amazing food, and fun energy. 10/10 RECOMMEND

We had a reservation for a Friday night. We were seated pretty quickly. I liked how the lights were not super dark. Our waiter was decent. No issues with him. The food lobster and crab cakes were my favorite!! The spinach could use salt as well as the mushrooms. I had tenderloins and lobster tails for my entree. It was good...not great. I felt like my meat wasn't medium well as I asked. It was a tad too bloody for me but no regrets. I'd definitely go back despite the hiccups.

Perfect for a business lunch - there's enough atmosphere without it being hectic at lunchtime.Food is delicious and includes excellent, uncomplicated menu of steak and seafood.Lobster bisque followed by seared tuna was excellent.

Had a great time here. Gabby was super welcoming and friendly. I have to admit, I was intimidated walking into a steakhouse of this caliber, but gabby made it so so so much better. I loved spending time with her. I wish my wife would spend time with her. Gabby is so great :).

Had a very pleasant waiter so staff were super friendly and attentive❤️
Celebrated 2 dear friends birthday and our waitress Jennifer made our visit a perfect 10! She was attentive to our needs, extremely professional and knowledgeable about the menu! Food arrived timely, hot, and tasty! I vowed to NEVER return to this restaurant after experiencing some racism several years ago but for my friends birthday decided to give it a second chance and like previously stated Jennifer made those bad memories go away!

We have been to the capital grille several times, our best experience yet was tonight with our server Rene Condo! He was absolutely amazing, he gave us multiple suggestions throughout the menu, recommended my new favorite drink, and overall provided us with excellent service. He even ensured I got a good video of him pouring our drinks! Thank you for the excellent service, if you are interested in going I highly recommend asking for Rene by name!

Took my teenage daughter her for dinner on 3/17/24 and she saw a mouse at our table.. she didn't scream or yell.. we called the manger over .. Mr Marty Rechenberg.. he saw it cause it was still sitting there alive... We just had our table moved and gave me a bill with an appetizer off and he thought that was ok.. My daughter could have messed up everyone's evening and we could have made a big fuss... Thanks for the great poor customer service from the management.. I will never come here again and it's not my first time it will be my last.. thanks again for making my daughter evening so eventful

ZERO STARS!!!! Double shame on you! After giving you no more than 3 stars and less, my review defaulted to 5 stars.Shame on you Capital! What happened to your dress code that you prominently place in a frame by the front entrance? We went with friends about 2 weeks ago and were quickly escorted through the bar (that was filled primarily with single men who missed every point of the posted dress code) to a back room, which I have been in in previous visits. We were all nicely dressed. We found ourselves seated in a room full of half naked women. As the tables turned in the room, a new group of half naked women came in. We were dressed out of respect for your establishment and to honor your dress code. Couldn't you have sat us in a more appropriate area to honor our commitment to you? Shame on you! By the way.....the food and service were okay as usual.

We spent the weekend in Philadelphia to celebrate our Anniversary. We had a beautiful dinner in The Capital Grill. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Everything was perfect the interior, food, service. The sommelier recommended beautiful wine. I want to thank our server Ian and the manager, they made our Special Day. We will definitely come back again. Now we planning to visit their location in Tysons VA.
