So today was my first time ordering going off the reviews seemed worth it. I ordered two whole cheese steaks. Rec’d 4 half’s to my surprise they didn’t add much meat just a bunch of mayo pickles and ketchup, I asked for extra cheese and didn’t receive that as well. For $55 dollars I would expect more. I’m going to stick with

Best sandwiches in NE Philly. Great service, staff is always friendly. My kids love the boneless wings and buffalo chicken cheesesteaks. All of their hoagies are awesome. Menu is very consistent. My go to place for take out.
It is October 10th of 2023. I tried to oder and dude on the phone goes oh u have a purchase that u did not pay for in may of 2023. Mind you I always go here for food and recently been ordering food from there so why is it all of a sudden I can’t be serviced till I pay for the purchase that happened in may. That dissent make any type of sense. Y’all could have been said sum last week When I was there or last month or BACK IN MAY. Why keep taking my orders ? Service is terrible anyways. They don’t wear gloves half the time. I had to remind them. Do not eat at this placeeeeee!!!!!!! They are trying to scam people. prices always inconsistent. Just terrible

Fresh Works is a must for their sandwiches and wings. I recommend the cheesesteak hoagie, Buffalo chicken cheesesteak, pork Italiano, roast beef & of course the wings that fall off of the bone. Consistently solid food at a great price. It’s a go to spot. We’ll be back again very soon.
FYI 4% more expensive if you use a card. Also bad attitudes. That's the last $85 dollar order I'll ever make there.

Wow been coming here forever! Just ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and cheesesteak with raw and extra fried onions..no onions or tomatoes on cheesesteak hoagie,just mushy lettuce on bottom! No onions on other..looks like finding new place..called and said..oh sorry? Then hung up on me! Really not bring back or fix? Bummer

My delievery driver Eric was so kind, i had just gotten out of the shower and didn’t have my cash in hand so he came in and placed my food on the table for me. I made sure i gave him a big tip ?
