The Love. Umm, yes please. The vibe. The food. The staff. All great.I went for a solo dinner while in town for a conference. I initially wanted to get the fried chicken with grits and collards but my Server mentioned the special for the night, the ribeye with macaroni & cheese and said he’d go with the ribeye. So I did! It was a double the price but I was out of town and why not treat myself to a steak! It did not disappoint, so so good. Unfortunately I had a bit of a headache so I didn’t have a cocktail but the iced tea was good. ? I live in Atlanta, so hopefully I’ll be back soon enough to try out a drink. I had a lovely meal and it was pretty busy Sunday night. I guess it’s a popular spot.

I took my two grown sons there recently. The food was quite good. Highlights were the burrata (strawberries, arugula, fennel...yum!), the lovebird buttermilk boneless fried chicken (amazingly moist with crunchy outside), and salmon with umami glaze and sticky rice. The hush puppies were delicious but were more sweet than savory. The fried cauliflower was also pretty good but not that exciting.We loved the atmosphere but the tables in the middle were crowded together in the path to the washroom. We had early reservations, and they walked us past many empty booths to a table in the crowded area. I asked if we could move to a booth but they said they were all reserved. I asked how I could've reserved one (for future reference) and they said they liked to save them for "older people" indicating that there were no actual reservations for them. The main hostess reluctantly moved us to a booth but her behavior embarrassed me. I'm not sure why she made a big deal out of it instead of just moving us to begin with. I would think twice before returning.

A really nice place for dinner. Amazing food. Our favorite dishes for sharing are the tuna crudo, the beet salad, the cauliflower and the risotto.. for a main we love the salmon with curry and sticky rice ( for dinner only ) unfortunately the lunch version is not that good.

Great food and Ian (not sure how to spell his name) handled a very uncomfortable moment for me and my friend when a women decided to exercise her privilege and interrupt my table while we were placing our order only to place her drink order. This was so disrespectful and I honestly don’t know what she was thinking. Ian handled the situation with grace and reminded the woman that she would be taken care of shortly and he was handling our table. She then proceeded to tell him what drink she wanted and he reiterated that he would come to her table after he was done. I appreciated Ian’s attention to our table and his steadfastness in not diverting his attention from us just because a woman felt privileged enough to interrupt our breakfast. Great food but even better customer service despite the incident.
