I have had several trips to The Prime Rib since they relocated from the Warwick Hotel to Philly Live Casino. This was by far my best experience there. Enjoyed the large prime rib cut. I do have an issue with the parking. I dropped my wife off at the Philly airport a week ago with every intention of going to the Prime Rib for dinner. When I arrived at the parking lot they wanted to charge me $30 to park since they said there was a Phillies game that evening, so I turned tail and dined in KOP.

We celebrated our oldest daughter's college graduation today. Not only was The Prime Rib able to accommodate our party of 14, the food, service and environment was superb! The location is incredible, within mins of both I-76 and I-95. The valet service is well priced and steps from the entrance to the restaurant. We have dined at the Prime Rib several times and remain impressed and appreciative. Our server, Ekaterina, was friendly, responsive and absolutely AMAZING!! Without hesitation, I strongly recommend the Prime Rib for all your special family events!

I can't say enough about what a wonderful dinner experience it was. From the host stand w McKenna, the bar with Romain and the dinner table. The room is beautiful, there was a lovely piano and singer Saturday evening. There is a good selection of appetizers, seafood entrees. I always like a wine list on a tablet, nice touch. I'm so glad that I finally checked out the new Prime Rib and we will be sure to get back. Ended the evening with blackjack in the casino and on the dance floor, with a band and DJ.

Our waiter Kamal was excellent. The food was very good but not as good as we expected. We have dined here before and the food was excellent. This time the prime rib was a little tough, caesar salad was good as well as the shrimp cocktail. The crab cocktail was not very good.

All food was great except the Wagyu beef special which was poorly prepared. At over $200 for 8oz you just can't blow it it and they did. Medium rare should be pink throughout with some red at the core. Ours had cooked brown edges with a pinkish center more suitable to medium well. Let the management know and nothing was done, just claimed this is how they do it. Couldn't even salvage it at home the next day. Bummer. Also men's restroom was kinda gross and needed urgent attention when I went in. Let management know but did not go back to see if they fixed it. Everything else was great and our servers were excellent. I appreciated their teamwork and attentiveness. Service was great.

We were staying in the casino hotel and decided to make a reservation at the steak house. My husband I weren't super hungry and since we were staying in the hotel wanted to order just enough food to be able to finish without leftovers. We opted for the lamb chops which were delicious! I usually order steak but saw the lamb chops being delivered to another table and opted for that. We had oysters, a salad, lamb chops and mashed potatoes - none of our choices disappointed! The front hostess (Joy) was friendly and who also was our server for breakfast a few days later. We were treated very well by the staff, the manager, and hostess for both of our meals. We had a special request (jalaphenos) which is not on their menu or in any of the dishes but they found some for us. The prices are reasonable for a steakhouse but the overall ambience and staff interaction made this a great experience!

After going to the Prime Rib at the Warwick and loving it for decades finally got to try them at Live Casino.Pros: Delicious food; best prime rib, Buzz's salad, oysters and lump crabcake; lobster tail add on. shared everything. Pretty much just as good as the originalThe only food neg was the potato skins. Too large too well done no potato left inside. wud not order. Also the crab cake very good but not great like the original.Fantastic wait staff; knowledgeable and attentive, very professional,,,, very rare these days. Everyone was great. Shout out to Kailyn!great bartender and drinks too!Cons: The atmosphere more like a raucous sports bar rather than the elegant fine dining setting of the original. Spending $300 plus I did not enjoy the ambience.... ppl very casual etc.So, we prob would not go back.Fortunately the Rittenhouse Grille took over the old Prime rib location snd has same menu.

We had an amazing experience at The Prime Rib. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the sides were prepared to our liking. We very much enjoyed our dining experience, the ambience was wonderful, the service was impressive. We will most definitely dine here again in the near future.

Server was awesome. Food was fantastic. Got the potato skins and they were really good, different then any ones I've had prior.I also got the porterhouse steak, cook absolutely perfect to rare temp as requested, seasoned perfect. Overall great experience, would go again in Philly if I was staying at Live Casino.

We had reservations for our anniversary dinner however my husband apparently made reservations for the Maryland location so they could not seat us inside the restaurant. We sat at the bar area. It took an hour for 1 steak, salad, asparagus , and fries. Fries were cold, asparagus had no hollandaise sauce as advertised and when we asked the waiter said that would be an up charge. Salad was inedible tasted like lettuce with vinegar on top. Manhattan tasted like ivory bar soap. Will never come back.

I usually don't write reviews (bad or good), but I had such a great experience that I thought it was necessary. The food and drinks were very good, but the servers (Alissa and Paulina) are what made the experience A+. Those two are exactly what all fine dining servers should strive to be... attentive, aware, knowledgeable and outgoing.

I love coming to Prime and come often. Tonight the bartender overcharged me way more for the same thing that I normally purchase, I had receipts to prove it. Sarah the manager refused to explain and review the previous receipts and was very argumentive stating she will talk to the other staff. As a repeat customer who has hosted a few birthday dinners, this was very disheartening. I’m not sure that return even though me and my family are frequently in the casino. Sarah needs to be trained on customer service ASAP otherwise will lose several customers. I’m done.
