I typically don’t like when gratuity is included because I like to tip on the actual service but the wait staff has yet to disappoint and they don’t slack just because their tip is guaranteed. The server was so rude. First and last time in this place. First time trying this kind of food, so We asked her questions about food she didn't answer. All we got was mean faces from her . Took forever when we ask for ketchup. She was the worst. Lucky that the tips were included, she would get maybe 2 dls. Then, it is too expensive for terrible food.

We love coming here ! The food is always excellent and the service is always so attentive and friendly. We always ask for Ruth to take care of us since she is the sweetest and has always best recommendations when we want to try something other than our usual. She always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We always have a great time at Tierra and will be back soon !
