Only ate here twice and it was exceptional for the price. Honestly I thought the good reviews had to be fake bc there were so many and so highly rated. But it’s legit. It appears to be closed though permanently since it’s been down for over a month now.Hopefully the owners see this and will tell me they’re re-opening soon??

I want to say the sign out front was ok. This restaurant should be closed for business. It was the worst place I ever went to eat. The food was horrible and there was really no service. Everything I ordered appeared to be rotten. I would say that I would never ever go to this restaurant again in my life. If you go there don't say I didn't worn you.

I enjoyed my time in the Rittenhouse square. I took my daughter to a play and it was nearby in walking distance. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The food was plated wonderfully and separated from hot and cold sushi. The prices are reasonable. They have a variety of sushi on their menu that will suit your needs/wants. It reminds me of home when I used to live in Japan. They also, have chopstick in training sticks. Thank you for the experience. And I'll be coming back soon.

The food was AMAZING!!! Everything was SUPER FRESH. GET THE TEMPURA PLATTER. But honestly everything was good. I had the volcano roll with shrimp and crab. The twin tower roll with the sweet chilli mayo and a spicy tuna roll on steroids that I can't remember the name of but the staff is so friendly if you ask I'm sure they know or can recommend something better. If you spend $50 they take $10 off. WILL COME AGAIN.

Saw the good reviews and decided to go on a Friday evening while visiting Philly. We got 3 sushi rolls (to yo roll, Naruto, and king's crown), and couldn't have been happier! Truly top notch sushi. We also got the cheesecake bites which were a nice note to end on. The staff were also really sweet and offered great service! Definitely worth checking out.

I went here Tuesday and service was super slow, even though we were only people in restaurant. I know they had a lot of to go orders, but they didn't even bring us water for a long time. The food was really basic sushi. I am very disappointed because I have been going to To Yo in northeast for years, I was hoping it would be same great unique experience. I was very sad because under new management this place is just lame. I am sad my old favorite sushi place closed down and I will never have those amazing rolls again. Change the name or bring back the old menu, it's an abomination to have this place called To Yo when it is now stripped of everything that made To Yo special.

Solid sushi for the city. I purchased the 3 roll + soup lunch special, which was a good deal. Some of these city prices can exceed 20$ but this came out closer to 15$, that's through Grubhub too. Nothing particularly amazing about the sushi, but they do the little things right. Rice/fish is fresh and the quantity is good. The shrimp tempura was extra delicious, maybe because of how crispy it was.I didn't get my spicy Mayo for the order, but could just be GrubHub.
