Food was ok, It was kind of dry steak. It’s very big and filling though. I got the steak hoagie with provolone instead of American cheese and no mayo. It was $16.68 for that.

Definitely not a top choice for cheesesteaks. Obviously no one is just coming to the airport for this though. Okay in a pinch.

Wow what a disappointing excuse for a cheesesteak. Barely any meat, cheese was so transparent you couldn’t see it, flavor was non existent.

Pretty good Philly steak. But the place set a "scam trap" for you... ?"Sr. Would like to have bell pepper, mushrooms and onions on your sandwich...?"Yes, Ma'am please. And then you pay, when you see the receipt (if you see it) from $13, you just paid over $21.Why??? Because every item that she offered you is $2 extra, and she doesn't let you know.

Airport location. I've got a connection in Philly, so thought I'd get a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I ordered that with Provolone, and a root beer. I When I walked up to the counter, I made eye contact with a food prepper and just said, "Hey how ya doin'?" He looked at me for a second and then looked down at the counter without saying a word. No nod, no smile, nothing. Kind of hostile, actually. The guy who came to the reggie was friendly, took my order, then got my fountain drink - but he put it in a cup that was probably at the bottom of a stack, because the lip was toast. That won't hold a lid securely, and, indeed, I dealt with root beer dribbles down my hand for the entire meal. The sandwich, though, was completely bland. Really sad. No onions, no peppers, and the bread had no flavor. The meat itself wasn't bad, just very plain - but the overall flavor left in my mouth was just... Grease. I thought these things were supposed to come with peppers & onions. I'm not a native Philladelphian, so I looked it up. Yep, the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich is supposed to come with peppers & onions. I mean, maybe the kid who took my order was supposed to ask? But he didn't. So, I got a very boring Philly cheesesteak sammy in actual Philadelphia in an airport where the presumptions should always be that the customer isn't from around here, so you'd better let them know how you're gonna do their food if it's anything different from the classic concept. This, for $20. $20! Last night, I got authentic Nepalese Paka Paneer for $20. This ain't that.

I had a steak sandwich here after seeing all the ads, and unfortunately, I was not impressed. Actually, I found that the flavor was missing, the meat was so little, and the price too high for what I received."

They never have anything, whether it's provolone cheese, onions, fries or water off all things. This is the 3rd time I've been there and they don't have provolone even though it's on the menu. Tony Luke's do better.

Used to be great a LONG time ago. Now its a cash grab for the owners who apparently didnt pay the tax man. Maybe things will get better with them in jail?

I understand having lower expectations for an airport location, but big money for a tiny, dry, bland sandwich was ridiculous. Unless you are only looking for the novelty of having a cheesesteak in Philly, go somewhere else.

This was definitely not worth $14. I didn’t eat much because it didn’t taste like anything. The bread had the most flavor. Wanted onion rings but they didn’t have them. The rep was quick and efficient.
