We stay at the Cambria every year for PAX and the Treble & Bass is always a highlight of the day. Unwinding after a day on your feet in a cozy bar with great drink options. Our bartender Kevin was awesome! Great to chat with, on point with the beverages, and playing great music.

They made a great amaretto sour.Dietary restrictions: They could accomodate restrictions (dairy free) and went out of their way to check ingredientz.

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our first (not last) visit . Our room was spotless and well appointed. I cant say enough about the amazing people that work here. Steven at the front desk was professional, sincere and very helpful. He took the extra time to help us map out our day long walking tour of the city and made a point to highlight so many beautiful sites for us to see- we saw them all thanks to him!! The hotel is lovely, exceptionally clean and close to everything. A BIG thankyou to Ilana, Kim (Bloop) and Kevin for the outstanding service we received. They are not only friendly and accommodating but go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It was a bonus to have a bar area within the hotel that not only offered great food and drinks but exceptional service. We can't wait to come back !

Kim is the one that kept the party going tonight! Made us all feel awesome and brought us together. It was an otherwise boring night passing some time at the bar, when the Vegas bombs started coming! Before long it was a true 64th birthday!

The concierge (Sheila) went above and beyond for my group. She gave us a ton of places to visit while we visited Philadelphia from out of town. She also, helped with ideas about how to navigate the city and helped with some of our plans.

Kimberley was the best best bartender at the Cambria, she created an awesome drink for us that was not on the menu. She was funny, personable and friendly. Great customer service! Would recommend having a drink at the bar.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect! Walking distance to so many things around town. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean! Most of all, the staff was amazing! So friendly, accommodating and super helpful!!! Would, without a doubt, stay there again!!
Kim was our bartender for multiple days/nights and she is completely and totally amazing. She consistently went above and beyond. Kim’s service and hospitality was top notch. FIVE STARS! When we come back into town we’re gonna come back just to see her.

Here for a wedding weekend at the Lucy. Great hotel and especially loved Kim the bartender at hotel bar. Best Bloody Mary ever! Loved how she gave it extra olives and spices! The Lucy cocktail hour and dessert buffet was amazing!

We stayed here as a friends wedding was around the corner at The Lucy. The hotel itself is very nice and well decorated. I also really like the vibe of it. They have beautiful staircase that leads to the lobby. The lobby itself has a gorgeous fireplace and comfortable seating. The rooms are comfortable and big. The bed was also very comfortable. I was disappointed by 2 things in this hotel: The staff/service & the cleanliness. Staff/Service: Everyone always looked annoyed in general. I only dealt with the staff while checking in. We were the only ones there and she was checking her phone and barely acknowledged us. She also just looked annoyed that she even had to help us and I didn't understand the behavior especially for what we're paying. We also weren't making any demands, we were simply just checking in so it made no sense. The hotel did not have our room type ready so they did at least comp us and let us check out late, 1pm. The issue, no one communicates and someone walked into our room without even knocking at 11:30 in the morning the day of check out. This is definitely not something I expect at any hotel. Cleanliness: Our bedroom was fairly clean, no issues. However, our bathroom had hair on the shower walls and even when we had housekeeping come again, the hair was STILL there. When we sat in the lobby, the carpet was stained and there was some trash on the drum tables. We got to the lobby pretty early in the morning so it couldn't even have been previous people sitting there who created the mess. Location: It's pretty central to many things and public transport is right outside the hotel so that makes getting around without a car easy. Parking: Overnight parking at the hotel is very expensive. There is a garage across the street that's $10 cheaper and around the corner there is a garage that's $20 cheaper. Both garages were so close I definitely think it's not necessary to park at the hotel.

I initially wanted an espresso martini but they didn’t have any espresso. Kim made me my own drink called the “Akilah” and Tito’s, Kahlua, rumchata and baileys and it was so delicious! Strong but sweet and decadent ??? Everyone kept ordering them. Will definitely be back when she’s tending! Highly recommend! Much better than an espresso martini!

Kim the bartender was so nice!! Gave a lot of good tips regarding our stay and travel within Philly! Everyone was very helpful and room was clean. had valet parking and lots of garages within a block as well. Would definitely come again!
