The wings were pretty decent. I've had better Korean fried chicken in the city but if I was craving Korean fried chicken and in the neighborhood, I'd still come again.

Boneless chicken was delicious. Their secret spicy sauce is really delicious.

I usually LOVE bbq chicken but I was so disappointed with my order this time around! I ordered 30 wings and 10 boneless and the chicken was very crispy but it was lacking in sauce. The wings and boneless chicken were not evenly coated. The sauce is usually my favorite & the best part! I will order again but please put enough sauce on the wings!

Experience and taste were fine (meh), but I unfortunately need to give 1star as I found a black, plastic material in my boba.

The fried chicken I tried was a crispy delight, with a perfectly seasoned and flavorful exterior. The juicy and tender meat inside added a wonderful contrast. It's a savory treat that satisfies the taste buds - a definite must-try for fried chicken enthusiasts!

This place comes up on the BB.Q Chicken website, but it's a (really good) tea place that happens to sell a limited BB.Q Chicken menu. No tteokbokki :(

We ordered (rating): Colorful Fruits Ruby Tea with Crystal Boba (2.5/5), Peach Grapefruit Green Tea with Jelly (4.75/5) One of my favorite fruit tea drinks comes from here. This peach grapefruit tea they have going on that comes with jelly is my love. It's the sweetness of the peach with the sourness of the grapefruit (and REAL fruit pieces) and the texture of the jelly all working together in harmony. It is simply a perfectly concocted original fruit drink (as in, I can't get peach grapefruit just anywhere) and I'll stand by her. The only tick down in this case is that I ordered 0% sugar, but this was still too sweet. And I know this is abnormally too sweet for 0% sugar because I've had it in other Tsaocaa locations before and it hasn't been like this. My friend ordered their colorful fruits ruby tea which turned out to be this off putting brown color when it came out. Not to say that the tea was bad, necessarily (it did satisfy the fruit tea craving), but when you're actively trying not to look at the drink while you're drinking it, it's quite the unfortunate situation. Generally speaking, I've come to like Tsaocaa's fruit teas a lot more than their milk teas, but it really depends on what you get - some drinks could be great, and some might not be - as well as the day. So consistency is off, but they have a huge menu with some original drinks, so you can't go wrong with dropping in and trying something that catches your eye.

Always amazing and fresh. They have the best Iced teas in my opinion.

We haven't tried Tsaocaa, but the chicken is crispy, juicy, and tender. We usually get wings and boneless chicken with sauce on the side. This Philly Chinatown location is better than other bbq Chicken locations we've tried in other states. So why only 3 stars? Because of the service. The staff is always rude, cold, and uninviting. This is just from a couple minutes of interaction from ordering over the phone or picking up food. At least smile or say thank you/you're welcome. It's basic customer service.

The chicken combo I had was okay however, one of the workers had extremely bad customer service skills. He made no effort into at least trying to have a positive attitude during our interaction. Instead I was met with rude & sarcastic comments. It doesn’t help that the outside of the place stank so bad that I didn’t even want to go in.

Edit: His name is Jason. Should receive no stars ordered many times and took forever to get food but tonight took the cake! The Manger or owner should fire the guy who worked tonight on 9/7/23 because we called to order and was order #80 waited for a while before going into the store where the guy got the order wrong and then we waited for the correct order which was never made because he was too busy eating and flirting with the coworker the whole time while sitting in-front the register and my boyfriend sat there waiting for basically a whole hour just for him to not say anything nor cook the 20 wings we ordered. Definitely check the cameras around 830 or so to see them just sitting and him standing the whole time waiting.
