Awesome caramel taste.Another reviewer mentioned the soft-spoken person taking the orders. Yes, she was soft-spoken, but she was very helpful, and when the person putting together the orders missed the whipped cream I had paid for, I didn’t notice it, but she did. She stopped what she was doing, put on serving gloves, and put the whipped cream on. Really appreciate that attention to detail!Can’t wait to try them again.Parking: Parking is street parking, and it’s in Manayunk, so depending on the day of the week and the time of day, parking could be iffy.Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn’t say this place is wheelchair friendly.

Great ice cream. Fun video game (free!). But, the music is too loud. Combined with the soft spoken cashier (wearing an ear bud and behind plexiglass) made it almost impossible to hear. Thankfully, my order was correct!

Rude rude rude rude. Awesome ice cream. But the most rude workers. Will make you nearly cry. I can’t believe they still have the same rude workers working here year after year. Ridiculous. The male server today was impatient. Watching a video on this phone very loud. When I asked for a napkin to hold my cone, his head wiggled and swung around with so much attitude. Full blown attitude. Crazy. I don't want to come back. Do thats what a $10 cone buys you in Philly. A nasty attitude. And He jumped back on his phone entertainment (loud) before I even left the store.
