The menu change, they no longer serve the specialty rice, salmon, cranberry, or the chicken cranberry cheese special sauce recipe, which which is one of the signature items on the menu that was known for the lounge The other part is disservice ... there's no reason for you to have four bartender' s and no service....you have people sitting at the bar looking for someone to pour a drink? ... no one should be sitting at the bar,and have a empty glass...PERIOD... all the bar attendees are on the other side of the bar like customers chitchatting sitting down going through the phone like they are customers... and not to mention all the little fruit flies garnets flying around while people trying to eat and drink that's very discomforting flagging away nets!!! wow...the level is falling meaning (ie)...up keeping service and quality..... for a customer outside looking in...this place has a lot of potential and when you first opened up, please don't let it fall. You have a good place a good space you have great people patronizing ...PLEASE don't start skimming and let it go down because the way you came in is the way you have to keep it . Very disappointed at my last visit a place that has so much potential to start sliding down as a black owner we support you...please reevaluate ...true customer looking in from the outside...let's keep our head up ...

The place was decent and not crowded. We were given a menu that was very limited. I was expecting more options considering it was before 10pm and a weekday. The drinks were strong so I would go back to have drinks.

Stopped here to watch the Eagles vs. Cowboys game. The downstairs area was packed, but there was available seating upstairs. The atmosphere was great, the food was good, & the customer service was on point. Great spot to hang out & watch the games or just kick it with friends.

Tonight’s Date was amazing. My server Saleem was the best server I’ve ever had serve me in a restaurant. He wouldn’t let me touch a thing. He continuously checked on us. Made sure our food was great. I’m impressed with how I was treated. Thank you Saleem you’re great.

I went to Venu to celebrate my 39th birthday ? ?. The food was amazing, and they didn't skimp on the food. The drinks were okay, but I felt like they were watered down. I do enjoy the fact that the restaurant is black owned and in a nice quaint location with free parking across the street. They have an outside balcony and a grass wall where you can take some great photos. Overall, I really enjoyed this spot and will definitely be going back soon.

I would give this event space a five if the drinks weren't so overpriced and they didn't add to your alcohol bill a service fee. That was ridiculous.This place is gorgeous and beautiful and the best thing that I appreciated and enjoyed was the outdoor patios attached to the indoor space. They are connected by large, top to bottom glass windows/doors that you can slide open halfway, a little or slide all the way to the other side making the inside and outside join together which added more space for the party. It was amazing. This was my first time there and went for a cousin's birthday party. Her party was held on the second floor but the upper 3rd floor space also had the open patio area.The exterior and interior of this establishment has that upscale stylish look.Since this was a party our food was catered in so I did not order any of their food and never even saw a menu. Great experience, great staff and will definitely return since it's also considered a "lounge" and not just for private events.

We had our organization monthly meetup at the Venu and I was very impressed.... there's parking available across the street.. the area seemed safe... the outside of the building looked good... astethically appealing... security there is onpoint no lacking in that department... they have a decent selection of signature drinks... the food menu was good too... I tried the old bay fries... they were decent... the cheese steak rolls were good.... not a super big space but the vibe there was dope.. considering we were there with our own large party we didn't really interact with people outside of the organization, but from what I could see... the crowd there was cool.... no rowdy dumbness going on.... just people having a good time.... halfway through the night the bartenders and bottle girls changed into more frisky attire which I didn't mind at all ??..... dj was good.... the waiter customer service was very accommodating... I can definitely see me hitting this spot again.. either with the fellas or with my lady... nice vibes. Definitely check it out!!!
