Bathrooms out of service. Bad smell of the environment. Attitude of some employees not acceptable. In short, they should either close this location or make a total change of employees and management. My opinion I will not return to this place.

You would get no stars if I could. Took my grandfather here because he loves Wendy’s. The lady at the window last Saturday was so pissed off. And she was rolling her eyes because he wasn’t fast enough to get his money out. Talking about unprofessional. I will not be going to this location again. Also the food was thrown together. Everyone here is GHETTO.

I love the food this day that I went. I'm preggo so it really hit the spot but they got my order wrong and on top of getting it wrong brought it back wrong again and ended up forgetting an entire meal. 3 mess ups in one sit. It was a tad bit annoying, they were nice about fixing it but if your like me you don't even like to mention the screw ups for fear of someone spitting in your food thats the only reason why it was annoying. But nice window lady came back fast and again that Thang hit the spot once it got to me so yup ?

I got the bacon, egg, and cheese on a muffin sandwich as well as the breakfast baconator. I also occasionally go for a burger and frostie.
Drive thru workers are a a bunch of kids that need to be trained on professionlism.

The customer service at this location is horrendous. We placed an approx. $30 order at the drive through and were shorted one chicken sandwich. We went back through the drive through, waited about 10 minutes, and informed the staff. I was immediately met with distrust and hostility; the person with whom I spoke shut the window on me. When they eventually gave us our missing sandwich, I asked for the staff person's name. She refused to provide it. Her coworkers came up to the window in a hostile manner and they refused to give her name. I know it's hard to find decent staff right now in service jobs, but this crew does an injustice to the brand standard.
