Always messes up my prescriptions. Either out of stock or enters my information wrong or takes ages to fill- always leads to a lapse in my medication! And They never pick up their phone! Today they told my insurance was terminated, and so I got my insurance on the phone but they wouldn't pick up their phone the first 4 tries to clear it up! And I was standing there looking through the glass asking them to pick up the phone! And i was the only one there! Turns out information was entered wrong again. The cashiers in the front are always very friendly but depending who you get in the pharmacy they really give terrible customer service. I need to find a new pharmacy.

They always have my prescriptions ready and are always helpful.. the pictures that are posted are from behind the store. I'm not sure why someone would do that and post them because it's not the outside of the store. They always have my medicine ready and work with me and always there to help.

Rite aid consideration towards neighborhood is awful. Your trash managing procedure cause a lot of aggravation to tenants on the street behind your business. YOUR trash and boxes are spreading everywhere, not behind your location only (you put your trash in SNIPES area too). There is NO CLOSED trash cage (as POPEYE, your neighbor business has). It's discussing and invite homeless to dig in and spread your trash even more. Your attention and consideration for trash pickup time is also requested. 3am is SLEEPING time and the noise is disturbing our sleep.

I'm not here to judge the customer service. I pick up my meds for my wife and I go. I usually pay everything at the pharmacy section which is fine. I do notice that everyone have a F U look working there but that isn't what my review is about. I accept the fact that everyone who works in service in philly, hates there life. My main complaint is the number of dope heads/crack head loitering outside the pharmacy. I go with my young daughter and this is a farce that nothing is done about this. Maybe I am naive because I am not used to this environment, since I am not from Philadelphia. It's uncomfortable walking in and out of the store with my kid and it seems management don't give a s**** Not sure why they wouldn't call the police to remove them, but this is not a good look.

Was there yesterday morning while one customer was taking up the time of an extremely slow and Rudy cashier. Another equally rude heavyset African-American woman who I assumed was a supervisor of some sort came upfront and gave me a nasty look telling me I look like I have some place to go that way I'd be looking around so I might as well come up and get arung. I don't know What this woman's problem as although I have a few good guesses. She is indicative of the below poor level of customer service that exists in that store. I only went there out of extreme necessity and now if the choice is going with out or going back to that store I would rather go without
