We came in here to kill some time. With the name, we didn't expect it to have such a large bar. The drinks were mediocre at best. The fries did smell amazing. I recommend sticking with wraps and fries. I would not come back to drink at the bar.

Philly Cheesesteak Wraps pairs wonderfully with naked grilled chicken wings. Good vibes. Excellent for watching sports.

Food is great. But I have had the same server multiple times. She is always rude and acts like she would rather be anywhere else besides helping me as the customer. Final straw..... I was in about three weeks ago to pick up my takeout order. I got there a few minutes before the food was ready. She acted annoyed that I was there and when the food was ready, she tossed the bag across the bar at me without saying anything to me. Do better. It's really not that hard.

Despite giving Wrap Shack a second chance, my recent visit to Wrap Shack left me disappointed with both the service and the experience as a whole. While I must admit that the sweet potato tater tots were the highlight of the meal, the numerous issues I encountered overshadowed any redeeming qualities.Once again, I encountered the same waitress/bartender named Grace, who continued to exhibit an astonishing level of rudeness and lack of customer service skills. Even after getting my order wrong, she still up-charged me and my wrap didn't even come in the expected wrap form (it arrived on a roll). They also charged me an exorbitant $18 for it.Cheesesteak was mid- I requested extra cheese and it was haphazardly placed on top of the roll, rather than being properly incorporated into the meat. As a result, the cheese kept sliding off, revealing dry and unappetizing meat.Despite the wrong order, the waitress did not acknowledge the mistake or offer an apology. In fact, she seemed to intentionally ignore me on multiple occasions. It was evident that she cared little for the satisfaction of paying customers. The waitress, seemed annoyed by us being there, giving the impression that she was prioritizing other customers, particularly the men sitting at the bar. This biased treatment was not an isolated incident, as my female colleagues also shared similar negative experiences with her.As someone who values good service and is typically a generous tipper, I find it difficult to justify a 20% mandatory gratuity for such consistently poor customer service. My primary concern lies with the overall lack of attentiveness and professionalism displayed by the staff.I will not be returning to Wrap Shack. It is truly disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative dining options that prioritize both quality food and respectful treatment of their patrons.

Hidden gem in Center City. They have a $17 pitcher of margaritas that are so good and the bartender we had was generous with his pour. I had a falafel gyro that was AMAZING!!! Good place to start the evening or chill there with friends all night.

I stop here whenever I’m in the area. The wraps are great, the beer cold, and the staff is always friendly. Definitely recommended, but only some of you. I like that it isn’t always crowded.

First and last time eating from here. I call to order a grilled chicken gyro, the guy on the phone says we have lamb and falafel gyros… I ask well do you have grilled chicken?, he says “oh yeah we can sub it out for you”.. ok fine.. I order my gyro add avocado, I get my food it’s $18. A bit over priced for a gyro but fine I’m thinking maybe it will be worth it. I was wrong.. not worth the walk I took to get here. My chicken was dry and unseasoned, and they charged $3 for adding avocado and my avocado was brown. For 3 buck can I have fresh avos… thumbs down

Burger was great. Crab artichoke dip had too much mayo. Tacos were alright, but a little bland. Service was excellent.

I took my daughter who doesn't like eating out here to celebrate. It was quite homey and she enjoyed her meal.
