You will not know what kombucha is until you try Baba’s Brew. I never liked kombucha before because I was having the vinegary drinks from the supermarket. What Olga makes is spectacular. She has new flavors all the time so you’re always trying different things, you know for a fact that she is using organic and local products. She is knowledgeable, sweet, generous, and the customer service is exceptional. You will not find the quality she offers anywhere else. I drive 40 minutes for her kombucha because it is that much better. And now she has all kinds of other products, including facial products which are divine. I recommend everything about this business.

Although I’ve enjoyed Baba’s Brew before, I discovered A Culture Factory during the pandemic. Curbside pickup has been wonderful. In addition to the delicious kombucha, which I now drink daily, Olga has been offering a variety of products from local small businesses. I’ve tried many new products over the past three months and always look forward to Tuesday or Saturday pickup.

Baba's Brew is the best kombucha hands down, an opinion shared by several friends. The varieties are imaginative and delicious. Favorites are Flower Power and ginger pear. Baba's Brew and Culture Factory is a gem in downtown Phoenixville, PA. If you have a chance to take a workshop to learn how to make kombucha at Culture Factory, definitely do it, you won't regret it.

Def make the trip to Culture Factory or find Baba's Brew in Phoenixville Wegmans West Chester IT IS THE BEST!!... Purple Passion my fav at themoment. The Bagels & Bucha was a great experience and I made my own cashew cheese today to be flavored with fine herbs and garlic.
