We were there Friday night of the Blob run out. Alana was our server. We sat inside before the night's activities started and right before the place was on a wait.Alana was serving inside in our area, in the next upper room, and outside. She was pulling duty as the host and busser. We had everything we needed and also had our drinks full. Alana way to go ! Thanks for a great time & job!

Fantastic place had loads of fun. The ping pong tables and shuffleboard are a really enjoyable experience.
Fun place to hang. Smokey from the guys up front - kind of a turn off. Games, interesting cocktails and open air area.

The POS ordering system went down while the entire place was PACKED for a Sixers playoff game but Erik (manager/bartender) and Leedom (manager/server) were able to write down orders by hand (or memory) and communicate with the amazing kitchen staff to keep everyone happy. I felt like I was the only one who noticed how difficult this was, and as soon as the head of the kitchen Benny got the system up and running again I had to give the Rec Room an awesome review. So impressed. Great job to the entire Rec Room Phoenixville team

I wish they had better service because the beer and food were great. Seems you need to know someone to get help, went twice happened both times. Won't return
