A 5-Star Rating is not enough stars for Seven Stars' quality!I've loved the whole experience every single time, so far!The food here is exceptionally well prepared. The 22oz. New Zealand Lobster is beyond explanation; here's a picture! The only drawback is that I am not independently wealthy enough yet, to eat here everyday, or I might.

I remember having the most delicious crab imperial in 1986. So when my girl friend ask me to go I was excited. However, the crab imperial was so dry it was like eating a can of crab with no additional ingredients. My friends filet came out mooing and she had to send it back but when it came back it then tasted like charcoal fluid. I will say they did compensateBut I was so disappointed and will not return. Too expensive to not enjoy the food.

A very good place to satisfy your steak / prime rib cravings. All of the portions are large. The NY Strip steak is prepared very well. It is cooked to the correct temp as ordered. The Creamed Peas were a nice surprise. The peas were in a very delicate white sauce. The Cheese Steak Eggrolls were a very good starter. The house salad that comes with dinner is nicely portioned. Our server Alex D. made our dinner very enjoyable and fun and pleasant. This is a place you will enjoy for a special occasion dinner or a grand celebration.

If I could give this restaurant a zero star that is what it deserves. When we were not even acknowledged as we sat at the table for quite awhile, I regret not walking out. I had to send my drink back twice because they were trying to pass off some other type of rum other than Bacardi and telling me that it was Bacardi. It was not Bacardi. My food was cold, the chicken was tough and looked like it had been sitting under a heatlamp all night, the shrimp was raw (it was so slimy that it may have been "bad"), the crabmeat was mushy. My husband's steak was supposed to be cooked medium. It was raw and still cool to the touch. He had to send that back. And by the time it came back to the table the rest of our party was finished eating. My son's fried shrimp platter looked like it came out of deep fryer at a sports bar. For that amount of money, I would expect that the chefs can get it right the first time. The presentation of these expensive meals was lacking. A piece of Filet Mignon thrown on a white plate. I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday and I was so upset by the entire experience that we didn't even have coffee or have a piece of cake at the restaurant. My husband who never complains told me he has a better steak at a Longhorn Restaurant and for a fraction of the cost. The entire Inn needs a refreshed look. The rug outside the ladies room was ripped and taped together with electrical tape.If you don't mind spending over 300.00 for a great loaf of bread then this is the place to go. Because that was about all that was worth it at this restaurant.Vegetarian options: There are none, especially if a guest is on a plant based diet

What happened to 7 Stars?!?!? We used to love this restaurant and considered it a real special occasion to be there for dinner. The new chefs/owners have ruined a good thing and turned it into a nothing special restaurant. Let me start with the table…we sat in a room that was bright and cheery however there were doors next to our table that led to the very noisy bar. When the doors were closed it was tolerable but the staff kept going in and out and leaving the door open. The drinks were good and the service was friendly. The food that used to be outstanding that you didn’t mind paying a lot of money for is now mediocre and overpriced. The shrimp cocktail was still FROZEN. The oysters were previously frozen….i could buy those at Costco and wouldn’t have to pay $40. The filets were good but a bit overcooked. The “oscar” came separately from the steak. I was given a steak and separate plate with asparagus and crab meat and béarnaise sauce in small cup. Excuse me but I am paying you to make the meal. One of the signature dishes for 7 stars was their snapper soup….that is gone from the menu. The dessert cake was dry and tasted old. They changed everything so much that it is now overpriced diner food. To top all of this off, I was charged a $12.89 service fee for using a credit card. I could have brought cash had I known. When I questioned the charge I was told…it was mentioned on the menu. Since COVID, credit cards have become the norm, why does this restaurant feel it is different and should charge a fee. Sorry to say….we won’t be back.

My girlfriend and I went there to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. We were given a gift card before our daughter was born and finally got to use it. When we walked thru the door, we both got the feeling of a private club. Walking into the dining room felt like walking into the dining room of my grandmother or great grandmother. Our server went over the menu with us and gave us plenty of time think. Our food was delicious and we ended up taking half of it home.

My family and myself had another wonderful meal last evening to celebrate my 47th birthday. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, just as it always has been since my first visit a long time ago. The bartender, waiter and other wait staff were friendly and charming. It is always nice to see working people having a good time interacting with guests. It makes us all feel welcome. I still love the ambiance of the building. I honestly do not understand the negative reviews. Seven Stars is amazing!!

Disappointed with everything. Changing of management doesn't mean quailty goes down hill. Menu changed. Signature dishes are no longer on the menu. The food had " no" seasoning or flavor. Your food was either over cook or under cook. Several people sent food back. One waitress taking orders. I suggest you hire a cook that can live up to the Seven Star standards.

Overpriced, oversized meals in a historic building which hasn’t been touched since the 80s. Who wants to spend $100 for 32 to 40 ounces of mediocre prime rib? Not me and not you.Plus our server hung around eavesdropping and interjecting into our conversation. You won’t catch me eating here ever again.Vegetarian options: Good luck. Their “specialty” is ridiculously huge portions of meat.Dietary restrictions: My wife tried to call to ask about their menu and they were evasive and provided no help.
