Outstanding authentic Mexican food. Always consistent with the quality, and prices are reasonable. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Can't wait to go back - and it will be soon! The tacos were wonderful with tender meats; asada, birria, lingua, and el pastor. Sides of cilantro, onion, salsas, and lime were served. The elote was delicious and with the just the right amount of fixings. We stumbled across this place on the afternoon of the eclipse and the weather was nice enough to enjoy an outside table. The street was so quiet, with very little traffic except for the street cars that ventured by so we enjoyed the sunbathed table whilst we enjoyed lunch and watched the eclipse. The service was friendly and attentive. This place took us back to the great places we frequent when in Mexico. We're so lucky to have this authentic place here in Pittsburgh. Don't miss out on this gem.

Delicious enchiladas and fabulous homemade popsicles and aqua frescas - would love to see some vegetarian or pescatarian options other than cheese enchiladas though! And the street corn was amazing!!!

The service and atmosphere are very basic... but what does it matter when the food is fabulous!! Highly recommended if you want a Mexican dish with good seasoning ☺️

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Pittsburgh area! It’s authentic and delicious. I’m from Texas and finding a spot like this is hard to find. Their tacos de tripitas are my favorite! I don’t think you can get tripitas anywhere in this area that I’m aware of. Highly recommend!

Oof this place is the most authentic tacos I have found in Pittsburgh. (Quick background Mexican American, Chicago hometown). I always going to places to find good tacos. This is the closest I have found. Owners are Mexican. Haven't tried the other things from menu such as the menudo or tortas. Will be back to try more and maybe update review. But for now, definitely go!!

I was starting to worry that I would never find a decent Mexican food joint in Pittsburgh, but this is it! Having grown up with authentic Mexican food and lived in places with some of the best Mexican restaurants in the country, I have high standards--and this place exceeds most of my expectations for what makes good Mexican food! And yes, many folks come for the amazing paletas and snacks, but the tortas and tacos here are the best in town, in my view! Absolutely amazing food.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My family and I came for food and we order torta cubana, menudo, pozole, and sopes and EVERYTHING was delicious. Also the aguas frescas that we tried, horchata and frutas, were sooooo good. This is what I would call legit authentic Mexican food.
